Hello Brian, I remember when you first showed this. What an awesome job you did!!! Great to see it again. Take care and keep up the great work. Sincerely, Diane😊
My goodness, this is, over and beyond, helping. Not knowing the terrain and where obstacles could be hiding, the huge amount of land, not to mention the cost of the tractor. You are very generous, hard-working and a kind man. It's really something to see the grass get 'owned' by the brush hog, lol. You're awesome....
Good job using the rotary cutter with the tractor. It is a bit easier if you lift the bucket while mowing so you can see the front end of the tractor better. I use a John Deere E series with a 6 foot rotary cutter (brush hog) and I do 5 to 18 acre lots - about 30 to 40 each summer. I do it for free to help my neighbors. Always appreciated and love the fellowship with them.
Whilst this is impressive Brian, I wonder, in my ignorance, whether a large Scag, Toro or somesuch wouldn't have been able to do this job with equal finesse. I'm not experienced in any of the above, including the lovely monster you're using on this job so you'll have to indulge me this impertinence. I only use a little push mower of 4HP ( debatable ) on a tiny 30' sq lawn and if I let the lawn 'get away', it makes me cuss something fierce. I've seen you guys use these big monster machines and I'm speechless. Oh, the power, purr and pull of the machine is mesmerizing- I literally watch vids of you guys mowing - it's so calming and there's something about watching a guy hard at work , practicing his craft with such command. Love it!
As a farmer we always back into the “crazy” with the mower first. Also when running fence line raise your front end loader above fence so you don’t have to worry about catching the fence on it. And yes I’ve seen this one before but always fun to watch
I remember this one, too. It's still nerve wracking to watch! You can't see what's coming. Those little fence posts and the one T post scared the tar out of me, even knowing that you're not going as fast as it looks. But it looked amazing when you were done. No shock there.
very cool would be see how well a sickle bar mower would have worked awesome to visit again later when its grown again see which type of mowers work best
Nope! A farmer would have driven in concentric circles around the property, mowing it in the most efficient manner using less time and fuel than driving Willy-Nilly all over the place.
You have to remember that the camera can only capture just so much at a time so if he did circles he would be out of view most of the time or so far away and small you couldn’t see him
I did see concentric circles when he was doing sections that stayed within the frame of his stationary camera. A large circle when he used the head mounted camera.
You obviously have never driven a diesel tractor before. I noticed that when you didn’t use the three point hitch to raise the bush hog before backing it off the trailer. Also, it’s not your lawn mower, you’re not supposed to run the throttle wide open. You used twice as much fuel and hurt the engine twice as much by running too high RPM’s. Driving all over the field instead of mowing around the outside and working your way in didn’t help either. It’s not your fault, it’s the fault of the person that loned you the equipment. They should have given you instructions on how to use the tractor, how to mow a field properly and how to use the controls on the tractor. You did the best you could with what you knew.
I've watched the first few minute of the clip you didn't come and finish the last bit of grown grass. Do you mow the grass like a farmer plows his field leaving behind in known areas.
Here in Australia, we call that a slasher. I was 5 years old when I first slashed one of our small 5 acre paddocks ( field as you call it ) Growing up on a 1000 acre dairy farm, was the best 😊
After using the tractor, I am guessing you want one! That was some tall grass! Got to have the right tools for the job! You did not run over a yellow jacket's nest, those can be exciting! A field that is that overgrown you just about have to go over it twice to make it look good.
Not a critique, but rather a question- is it harmful to the tractor and mower to not have the lift arm stabilisers pinned? It appeared that the whole setup was slamming side to side quite a bit. Just curious….
Well bringing a tractor and a bush hog to fight 8 foot high grass or taller well that's a no brainer...bush hog will WIN!!! LOLOL Have fun on this job.
That's what my back, backyard looks like , I need to get some one to come to my house and brush hog my 1/2 Acer for my, not able to mow it myself, my back won't take all of that strain
Has to be my favorite video of yours as you had to bring in bigger equipment to resolve the makeover, great call on saving the zero turns for another day.
Maybe you should have learned how to drive it first. You can lift the mower on the hydraulics so you don’t have to slam it into the gravel when you back of the trailer.
Either you are going to take it in the shorts, or you are no longer going to have a friend after handing him the actual cost of doing that job. I wouldn`t consider him a friend after pulling a stunt like this one. Of course if you have more money than good sense, then this will not mean anything to you.
This is weak. Stop trying to turn old videos into new content. Dumping both of your channels. You used to be one of the good guys, now you've become clicks and views
I subscribed to you channel to watch videos. Today you premiered the video in 2 days, which in reality it will show in 3days. So I will unsubscribe this channel and put a better channel in your place. Notify that.

You were not kidding, that's crazy going from a jungle to a presentable pasture, great job with a new tool. Keeping them coming my friend!
Wow, Awesome, Amazing Tha n.v ks for cutting that huge job!!

What JD model and brush hog make/model do you use?
That was quite a ride ! Beautiful outcome. Thanks for sharing this one.

I have to say I really enjoy watching you cut tall grass thank you very much 🎉🎉😊
Good morning Brian cutting grass on a large scale that's good 👊👍
Cool maskine 🚜 You have a Good time day , Brian 😊🤗🖐🇩🇰

You look like u having too much fun on that bigger tractor, but you're doing a great job.
Ola Good work lawn you the best friend thans te video 🚜👍🎧🚚🍹💯🌾👏✅
That looked SO fun! Looks really great now. 😊
I would not do that job without a full Bee Keepers suit on, well done you
This reminded my teen and I of a corn maze lol surprises around every turn! And yes, you look like a farmer

Fantastic job Brian!!!
hello
good evening from Morocco
i do love watching your videos
realy you do a very nice and good job
my big respect
😊😊😊
Well that was different Briam. Personally I like the straight lines in stead of the circles. ❤️🇦🇺🇺🇸
You really mastered that Beastmaster!
Is that your first time using heavy machinery like that? Looks like you did a pretty good job!
That's a Behemoth of a job to cut!!! Well Done!!! Good on You!!!
You changed from top notch to lawn care transformations? When? I had not seen the change. Good luck. You always did a good job.
Very nice job sir.. Would it be money wise to cut this huge grass and bale it for livestock feeding or low guality for bedding ??
Fantastic machine, great job done 👍 👏
very cool would be see how well a sickle bar mower would have worked awesome to visit again later when its grown again see which type of mowers work best
I think I'd have gotten a haybine and baler for that.
Amazing that the mower can do that good of a job in that tall jungle.
Enjoyed the vid.
I'd love to do that field , I miss doing that!
That would have been a great one to have drone shots.
Great management great driver . A Job well done.
Hi Brian! Was your friend trying to play a practical joke on you? You turned this into the best video yet! 🌱🌿🍃🌵🌴🌳🌲💚

Are there Chiggars in that Johnson Grass? / That's where they'd be, in Texas. Whew! That was a tough job. Looks great.
Great choice of mowers, the brush hog was the way to go.
I have subscribed to this channel Brian
Great job lot's of work. Always practice safety a great product to use is Mowing with a breeze.
Huge job well done! 🤗❤👍
That’s what I call a “Cover Crop”😊
Holy smokes... WOW! 😊✌️💚

Love this video!
Should have put some critters in it. They would have cleaned it up.

Yes you look like farmer 😂..you done a great job. I enjoyed it..
Well bringing a tractor and a bush hog to fight 8 foot high grass or taller well that's a no brainer...bush hog will WIN!!! LOLOL Have fun on this job.
I would set the loader bucket about 6 inches off the ground that way if anything is hiding in the tall grass it will hit the bucket first.
That's what my back, backyard looks like , I need to get some one to come to my house and brush hog my 1/2 Acer for my, not able to mow it myself, my back won't take all of that strain
Man, if this farm owner just had some goats, he could have made a fortune on goat's milk with all that grass.
Has to be my favorite video of yours as you had to bring in bigger equipment to resolve the makeover, great call on saving the zero turns for another day.
High grass never know when you will find a body there.
👍👍👍
I think you need bib overalls to look like a farmer on the tractor.😄
Brave. I never like cutting hidden areas and not knowing the consequences eg, Electric, Water, holes, stumps etc etc ...
Good JOB Looks Good
Love watching you cut grass
Enjoyed. Do not listen to the haters!!!!❤
Thank-you, some people will put up with anything.
Yes and I say 👏👏👏👏👏👏
That was awesome…I didn’t even know there were mowers like that!😮
Make a maze and charge admission! Could you rent a hay bailer and bail up all that grass for feed?
super work
i would have turned a couple of goats loose
Looks like you could hay that side yard
Where I live that would be used for straw which is bedding for the animals
Alot of grass poor baby bunnies hiding
It’s a good thing you got it mowed down for them because how would they know if there were zombies sneaking up on them.🤣
Wasn't this from last year
If you use that tractor to help you rake and bale the grass you could be a farmer.
🥇👊🏼
Gosh isn’t there a rancher who has goats sheep or horses that could graze with temporary fencing?
Thats bush hog stuff
No more Top Notch Lawn Care? Is this the new channel?
I hate tall grass because you never know what's under it
they should have had it hayed
A bush mower is a good choice but a flail mower might have been better for this mess.
Old content?
hey you missed a spot
I think this is an old video. You showed an old one the other day. Are you ok? Maybe you are sick and not able to upload new stuff
I'll be waiting 👍🏻
You can barely see the house wow
They need some farm animals cow horse goat sheep something to eat that all down
Too bad the owner didn’t have someone mow it down for hay.
Raise it up, or you will ruin it
Is this content stolen from @TopNotchLawns?
fence it off & get a goats.
not new i saw this video a year ago
Maybe old footage, but some people may have just found this channel, so it's new to us.
If a show is worth watching once, it's worth watching again.
Repeat 😢
You were right when you said this is too much for a zero turn. Not a chance would it handle this!
Lol just get rent the Field for a guy with horses lol
Make money
why are you repeating old content i already watched this about 2 weeks ago ...........
