      Ohhhh my god!
I've had Diabetes since I was 2 as well and I swear, I fainted ALL THE TIME when I was in Elementary School!
But the doctors said that the type of *'fainting spells'* that I have, wasn't Diabetes related at all...
We coulden't figure out why it was happening for YEARS...
      Until about around the years of 2013 - 2015. (I was 14 - 17 at those times.)
I was diagnosed with a COUPLE MORE diseases such as- (I will name the big ones.)- *Severely Advanced Crohns Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, P.T.S.D. and E.D.S.-* (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Basically, It's a rare muscle, tissue and nerve disorder that causes a person, like me, to have TEN TIMES more pain than the average persons pain. IT F'ING SUCKS!)
      Aaaanyway.
There was another one that confirmed why I keeped fainting all the time...
It's called; *P.O.T.S.-* (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome.)
It is a syndrome that makes my heartbeat mis-beat, or in this case, jump when I sit in a position for TOO long and try to stand up fast. Get stressed out. Or when I'm running fast.
It makes my blood pull downward too fast to my feet and shot up to my heart and that is what made me pass out all the time!
My family and I were glad we found out what it was. It was scary not knowing the cause of it happening...
      😓😓😓😓

I struggle with general lightheadedness (haha, thanks past eating disorder) and get really woozy very easily. This was such a comfort.
Also, side note: as someone who is involved in the health industry; if someone faints and you are there, lay them on their side (possible vomitting wont choke them) and prop their head up on something.

Fainting isn't actually as bad as people make it out to be. It helps if you manage to land on a soft surface but other than the confusion and temporary loss of vision and hearing, it's really not that bad. Now, if it's related to health, go see a doctor.

I fainted from heat exhaustion at the state fair when I was a teenager. My poor amazing friend had to haul me up over her shoulder and carry me into the shade. I woke up in less than a minute I think, and after sitting and sipping water for a few minutes I felt fine. Really the only shitty part was the oncoming faint, when my head felt awful and I was all hot and dizzy. It was so weird because I remember feeling my bare knees hit the pavement, but it didn't hurt. Then just black until I woke up hanging on my friend's shoulder. I was honestly more fascinated by the experience (and embarrassed) than scared lol.

    • @heatherslove5465
      @heatherslove5465 4 роки тому +7

Well it can be absolutely horrific if it's bound together with a panic attack or anxiety attack.
But other than that I agree, It's for sure unpleasant and weird but not the biggest problem.
It gets problematic when people around you go ape shit crazy and are being overdramatic while I would just stand back up and be on my way like nothing happened.

@Victoria Aburn I was home alone once and decided to take a shower with the window closed.
The problem with this is that hot steam irritates my lungs.
So I put the temperature of the water on really high which was a mistake lmao.
I wear glasses and my eyesight is incredibly bad so when the steam irritated my lungs I couldn’t find my inhaler and then I got dizzy and started throwing up everywhere - in my room, I’m the bathroom.
Then I fainted on the tile floor lol
Then I got up with my shampoo in my hair and walked to my room again and fainted once more haha
Then my parents came home and got mad at me and now they have cameras with motion detectors in the living room and the corridors lmao
It was rather chaotic and embarrassing lol

I've fainted once in my life, and I've come close to fainting twice very recently- once for a reason like in this video! Every time it happened, it was absolutely terrifying and I didn't enjoy it one bit. I was very lucky to have good samaritans offer their help- a stranger even bought me some orange juice at a Starbucks! Towards the end I legit teared up, because I never realized how touching it is to have someone talk you through a scary and extremely personal situation like this (mostly because I was embarrassed or stubborn in the moment). Thank you, Cardlin. This made me really, stupidly happy.

I used to faint once in public, in an airport.... I remembered feeling hot, even though there’s an air conditioning inside, feeling weak that I couldn’t stand properly and wanting to eat so badly... I didn’t eat breakfast that time and I waited for so many hours to be checked in for the flight with my family... Besides almost drowning at a very young age without any experience of swimming or any supervision, it scared me when I suddenly lost all my senses and blacked out... Thank goodness I was able to eat a lot after getting dextrose into my body... I’m also glad that my family was there too to take care of me. Thanks Cardlin for making this audio, it made me feel... safe in a way. And keep up the great work!! 💖💜💙

I haven’t listened to your audios in a while, Cardlin. You are SO talented! This really helps when struggling to sleep and is a pure non-lustful example of selfless self- giving love. Plus, the part where Cardlin takes care of the gal was pure gold. GOD Bless Y’all and Mary, The Mother of Jesus Protect You All. ✝️🕊❤️🙏🏻

I faint at time sometimes due to pain or due to not taking care of myself. I’ve gotten used to it and I’ve learned when it’s about to happen. This audio really helped me due to not many people understand and try to call an hospital right away when it’s just somthing as simple as light headedness, cramps, or just not eating enough. This audio helped me a lot due to I passed out yesterday while studying so thank you for making this audio.

I’ve had a moment where I suddenly felt really dizzy and sat down. My dad said it was a thing where people have a sudden drop in blood pressure and it can make people faint. It’s not serious but scary for sure.
I was in my dad’s nurse training class so I would’ve been okay if anything happened.

This reminds me of when I was at work when I felt light headed but they needed me on floor so I continued to work, about five minutes later my vision was really blurry and I was swaying so I closed my eyes and tried to focus while getting my last few orders ready. My nose began bleeding and I felt super dizzy and my hands were shaking, that's all I remember before collapsing at the back of the restruant. This is a good outcome considering I have seizures if my blood sugar levels are low and I haven't eaten in a long time.

I swear one time I actually felt like fainting. There was this time when I slammed my finger through the door so hard that it started to bleed really bad and when I said I was wobbling, I dang looked like I just came back from drinking 10 bottles of wine and was dang drunk, not to mention I was as pale as a dang paper.

Got daily seizures, sometimes several times per day( No cure) and I dont want to worry my family even more) I kind of got used of fainting and waking up alone ( Years trying to taking care of myself and not falling to the ground and avoiding most of damage, I frequently hurt my spine in awful ways...my auras give 5 or 10 seconds to do something, anything! thats gold)) after all, I get my meds, crawl to bed and sleep...this audio is quite comforting, it makes me feel theres someone, somewhere who...is not scared...who wont leave.. who...cares....
    thank you for posting❤❤❤.

The Funny thing is I Fainted actually a fair amount of times by now in my life and listening to this video is such a shook because usually I have to reassure people that I'm fine.
I just tell them to leave me be because I will stand up on my own.
Or I just go back to "normal" when I wake up again.

Had my first really bad experience fainting last night. I was standing one second, on the floor the next. I broke a stem off my glasses, bruised my left cheek and hip from apparently falling hard on my left side, and I cut myself right above my eyelid. It's still sore, but that's to be expected. It was absolutely terrifying because I didn't even know what happened, nor do I fully know still. Searched up "comfort for fainting ASMR" to see if I could find anything to calm me down after that, and I found this. Thank you for posting this Cardlin, even if this is almost three years old now.

i fainted once when i was working at mcdonald’s, and i was out for 20 mins and i was having problems breathing, so they called the ambulance and when i was conscious again, my mom told me that they fired me cause i fainted...... turns out i have a heart disease and we didn’t know about it and that’s why i pass out a lot.
