Is it bad that I do cover my depression and anxiety with a smile? I also have low self esteem so there's that. I tried talking to my family and friends but they all thought that I just weird and stuff. I ended up keeping everything to myself since then but everything is too heavy sometimes to the point of breaking down alone in my room.

I love how you used the words, 'there' and 'them' instead of he or she. 😊 also, this really helped. I'm going through a really hard time right now, even to the point were I've thought about suicide. I also just relapsed about a week ago in my self harm recovery. It was going really well, the urge to cut was nowhere near as strong as it was before, but recent events have triggered it. I went almost 5 months without cutting, but unfortunately it didn't last as long as I hoped it would. But your videos really do help me. Your voice is really soothing, and it's nice to know that I'm not alone in this dark time. Thank you Cardy. 😙😙

I have such a love-hate relationship with this type of ASMR. I currently have a situation rn. Although it's not me whose depressed this helped a lot. I just found out that my mum's friend's (whose helped us a lot of times) eldest son has depression. And as someone whose been used to help people, this helped me to understand and how to approach him more. The things that I need to know, and what can I do. So thank you, I'll be talking to him on Saturday and I hope he'll talk to me

This has helped me through quite a bit. I was diagnosed with Bipolar II and I started getting better and I have been for at least two months.
These past few days have been just suddenly going down hill for me, again, like it always has been, and well. I'm glad I can hop on here at 3 or 4 am on the hard nights, to feel like I have someone to talk to me about it.
