As someone who has endometriosis, this is a very accurate representation of how bad the pain can be (in my experience).
Had endo for 20 years and my husband always though I was exaggerating and "being dramatic" I had 2 babies at home by my choice but endometriosis is different. No endorphins, and no end for days and you are expected to keep working and doing everything you normally do.
This audio made my day.

Aww I’m soo sorry you have to go through that 🥺 but guess what ? You may not know this but, you are soo incredibly strong for being able to push through that type of pain. Please try to be gentle on your body, drink/eat as much as you’re able to take and please, please don’t be hard on yourself. You deserve to know how special/beautiful you are and how strong you are for handling all that pain you go through. I completely understand that it may be hard for you and others to cope with it, but just know that your feelings deserve to be heard 🤍 Remember, you are beautiful, you are strong and you perfect just the way you are

Same, I starved for a whole day cuz of the pain and yet somehow had to manage college lectures and traveling for 2+ hours without any appreciation or comfort from my family, so such audios give me a lot of emotional support

Today I have worst period cramp ever, no ones at home and I find this. I've drink my medication but it's not work. Miraculously when I hear this I feel soothed. It's still painful but bearable. I don't know if I fall asleep or fainted, but when I awake I feel better

I could have used this earlier today. My pain was so bad I felt like ripping my organs out. Cried for 2 hours straight cuz that's how long it lasted, of course. Felt like I was gonna throw up cuz I was pacing around, my blood sugar dropped, I was cold sweating and shaking like mad. What an amazing combination. I was eventually stuck to the kitchen bench for 2 hours hunched over, couldn't move, couldn't distract myself with my phone cuz I couldn't even pick it up. Omg the back pain when it finally ended I felt crippled. The only thing easing a small amount of the pain was slamming my foot in to the floor or punching the kitchen bench, but I couldn't even do that cuz people in my house were in bed and the dog was barking life fuck sooooo, that was great.

I have very unusual cramps and it hurts like crazy crazy, I can't even eat or do anything, all I do is lay in the couch all day and if I have to go to school I would always go to the nurses office to lay down since I couldn't do anything in class @-@, starting to get used to it but it still really hurts, this period audio Is makin me feel better and I love it a lot

My Doctor said it could be endometriosis and I remembered a conversation 4 years ago when my Stepmother said a lot of women around my age were finding out they had endometriosis because of the water we drank there. I was 8 when I moved to another state, but it was still years up there where I was growing so it still counts,right? I had a hysterectomy last year and it was very bad with complications. I was in the Hospital for over a month because of it!!!!! I still have pain half as bad, to this day,as my period was for 21 years!!!!!

I remembered you actually when I had a cramp at the train going to school, I don't know someone on that train and I got my period at 4am and had to go to school at 5am. It's like he'll I was standing on the train for 20mins before I get off the train. Before I get of 2 stations before my stop I felt so cramped and I felt like crying because it hurts so bad. I can't hear anything, my visions getting gloomy and I felt rlly dizzy. I was sweating eventho the train is airconditioned. I kept my self awake even tho I feel like passing because Idk someone in that train. I get of the train and I sat on the staircase and contacted my friend and parents because it was hurting so bad and I was by myself that time( I go to school alone). Thank God my guy friend rides the same train and was late so he fetched me from the staircase I'm sat on and accompanied me on our way to school. Even tho I arrived late at school, I was excused because my friends told the prof about my situation. That's my first time having cramps that made me so dizzy because I don't usually have cramps on my period. After I go to school I listened to your asmr for comfort because haha I wish I had someone comforting me irl like you do. Thank you!!!

I’m grateful for these audios because I usually get my period during the night and it’s so painful that even with three Advil’s I’m still suffering and it’s the type of pain to make you nauseous and it’s not like I can do something about it like take a shower cause everyone is sleeping

Endometriosis is genetic, and all the women on my mother’s side has had it, so I have a good chance of developing it in the future. I’m still young, so no sign of it yet, but it could still happen.

i don’t usually have debilitating cramps but im sobbing with these cramps rn and i feel kinda childish for sitting in bed and whining and crying but it just hurts so bad. im on pain meds and have a heating pad and it’s barely tolerable but at least i dont feel like puking because of the pain anymore. i have a shift at work in a few hours but i haven’t even washed my uniform and i still need a shower and it feels like everything is awful but this audio is really nice so thank you for making a bad day a little more bearable
