This is how I use the Hobonichi Cousin as my journal. #hobonichi #hobonichicousin #journal #flipthrough #planner #plannerspread #plannercommunity #plannerstickers ##plannerbabe
I really enjoyed this video SO MUCH! Your journal is beautiful and inspired me to try something similar. I live in the Keys, so I enjoyed the story of your trip to Key West. Thanks for sharing ❤
I love this so much! I've been using my cousin for the same thing but struggling cuz of boredom with it. I really appreciate this and thank you for the ideas! P.S. love the weeks too!
love the vid, planned while listening! A couple questions, what is your go to recipe for your sourdough starter? How often do you feed yours and what's your go to ratio when you feed it? I see so many different answers everywhere i look so i don't know who to trust LOL
@@crystalnicollee1 I use an established starter that I feed 1:1:1. My go to recipe is 120 g starter, 320 g filtered water, 500 g bread flour (I use King Arthur), and 12 g sea salt. Mix it to form a shaggy dough and let it sit for an hour. Do 3 sets of stretch and folds 30 minutes apart, then let it sit for 4-6 hours. I tend to go closer to the 4 because I line in a very warm climate. Shape it and place in a Banneton basket in fridge overnight. 12+ hours. The longer in the fridge the stronger the taste. I’ve gone up to 48 hours. Place on parchment paper and cut the top. I bake in an old cast iron pot with lid on at 500° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 450°, remove lid and bake for another 20 minutes. Hope this helps!
@@margaretthompson6479 thank you so much! I also live in Florida, so same climate, but down near universal/orlando area! I love sourdough so much I just became a stay at home mom so I can’t wait to start baking!
