OK let me clear something out My belly was bigger than the picture at 4:15 and I work out with 5 different workout videos Including stretching Before and After and I'm on Day 61 and My belly has gone down by half but there's no six pack yet so I say these workouts work It just takes time if your slim and have a small pud yeah this will work in 30 Day but for us big Girls It takes more than 30 Days so your choice Start Now and be fit by the end of the year or stay the same I went from 180 Lb to 165 In 60 Days.
I love that kind of videos but... How about adding to the video some info about spine safety? Some of the exercise may be too much and cause more damage (you will have a flat belly but back pain that will make you move less)... especially something like that plank - please - because that girl is showing it wrong (the beginner version!!)

why do they make it seem like a problem that women do not have perfectly slimmed bodies?! this is one of the many videos that shames people for not being “perfect”. in the thumbnail it shows an overweight beautiful women and another that is skinnier both are perfect but we always want to be the second one bc that’s what we were taught and no one is like that naturally so why do we even have a “perfect body type when we are all different ?
I do agree but it’s not always about what other people want them to look like, sometimes it’s about how they want themselves to look like. For most women they become self conscious if they do not have slimmed bodies some even believe that nobody will like them unless they are skinnier.

Being on a caloric deficit is the real deal , losing weight only by working out with out adjusting food is really hard .
