    I focus on all these muscles through dance; I play music and do any moves that will work a particular muscle until it's tired and on to the next until I'm sore all over. Started 2 months ago and lost 15 pounds and my shape has changed drastically. Gyms and "reps" can be discouraging, just know that you don't need anymore than your own body and you only have to do more than you did yesterday; enjoy!

    Ok the workout where u lay on ur back and put ur legs against the wall actually works! I lost almost all the weight on my thighs and calves!

    I exercise 4 times a day: Everytime after I have breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night ice cream dessert, and every time I rubb my belly when I am stuffed! Just like at 0:46
    but I am not loosing any weight? I wonder why?😄

      Being on a caloric deficit is the real deal , losing weight only by working out with out adjusting food is really hard .

    OK let me clear something out My belly was bigger than the picture at 4:15 and I work out with 5 different workout videos Including stretching Before and After and I'm on Day 61 and My belly has gone down by half but there's no six pack yet so I say these workouts work It just takes time if your slim and have a small pud yeah this will work in 30 Day but for us big Girls It takes more than 30 Days so your choice Start Now and be fit by the end of the year or stay the same I went from 180 Lb to 165 In 60 Days.

    I love that kind of videos
    but...
    How about adding to the video some info about spine safety? Some of the exercise may be too much and cause more damage (you will have a flat belly but back pain that will make you move less)...
    especially something like that plank - please - because that girl is showing it wrong (the beginner version!!)

    I do almost the same exercises. 2 months ago I had seen them on a Google site and started doing them and since then I was weakened before I was 60 kg and now I'm 40 kg
    I'm very pleased😄

    I Wil keep everyone updated but remember I am adding 10 minutes running 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. I will they to eat little portion of food.

    I have a doubt. Do you really think these exercises work? Because if you had known these exercises from any gymnast or any other doctors recommendation. Then it's ok otherwise it doesn't work. Ok tell me. I had been doing these exercises from 1 month but I didn't felt any change. That's why clear my doubt . To 5 minutes craft.

    IMPORTANT NOTES TO GET THOSE ABS! Always press your lower back down into the floor! Feel the burn? Good! Never go lower then you need to. If your back is popping up, get higher! You’ll get there 😁😁

    lost 3 lbs off of this work out did it for 3 weeks 😁 enjoy!!!!
    leg lifts- 15 reps.... 3 sets
    bicycle- 15 reps....3 sets
    alternating leg lifts- 15 reps.....3 sets
    scissors- 15 reps...... 3 sets
    mountain climbers- 15 reps..... 3 sets
    elbow to knee crunches- 15 reps.....3 sets
    pelvic lifts - 15 reps.....3 sets
    leg holds - 30 second... 3 sets

    The more I did this work out I feel more hungry and I can't stop myself from food to eat hahahaha that's why I don't want to do some works out ... I can be slim without workout ..I just avoiding eat more 😢😢😢😇

    why do they make it seem like a problem that women do not have perfectly slimmed bodies?! this is one of the many videos that shames people for not being “perfect”. in the thumbnail it shows an overweight beautiful women and another that is skinnier both are perfect but we always want to be the second one bc that’s what we were taught and no one is like that naturally so why do we even have a “perfect body type when we are all different ?

      I do agree but it’s not always about what other people want them to look like, sometimes it’s about how they want themselves to look like. For most women they become self conscious if they do not have slimmed bodies some even believe that nobody will like them unless they are skinnier.
