- A 1991 appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno substituting for Johnny Carson. Doc Severinsen is featured on trumpet. From the album Heart Shaped World. You can see the look of awe that Chris and Silvertone have for Doc as they finish playing. One of my favorite songs.

This song and Chris just make my heart melt (swoon). Saw him perform this song last Sunday in Dallas with Johnny Reno on the sax, HOT!! One of the best things about Chris is his sense of humor and he doesn't take himself serious. Love the tie clips on his suit lapels :)

They changed it up for this live version. But on the album, the last four notes played by the horn are a nod to a famous jazz / lounge song - I think it might even have been a movie theme. I'm drawing a blank. Anyone know the title of that song?
