Good content, a lot of you Americans stick too much in the capital when you visit though. Travel around a bit, as someone from UK seeing the typical capital is a bit boring. Its like if a British You Tuber visited the States and always went Washington DC to ask people the same questions.
Check Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Huddersfield, Bradford, they are loads of places and I think if your going around asking the same question you'd be interested to find you'll get different anwsers depending on where you are.
Trust me you'll get better reception and anwsers from people up North like Yorkshire.

Are you seriously claiming to know better than the thousands of foreign million to billionaire investors who regularly buy freehold properties in the UK, which has a booming property market?
