The UK is ranked 8th in the world for education, the USA ranked 14th in the world American get a lower standard of education and as a black person who has traveled to America, Americans of all colours are less knowledge about the world and history. That is why west Africans are most educated group in America because they have foreign parents. The problem with African Americans is the American part, it has made you dumber than black people who grow up in better education systems and have a less insular culture.

Culture? US culture is imitated all over the world. Our movies, music genres like Blues, Jazz, Hip Hop, Rock, Gospel, Soul, Funk,and let's be honest....K Pop is basically 90S style R&B, down to the dance moves. Look at the Black American cosplay by. Non-Americans. Native/Indigenous cultures that predate the US by thousands of years, with traditions that are still practiced. You use our slang, wear our brands, & consume our media.

With history in England. I read multiple autobiographies of black people that lived in the UK in the 1800s multiple black Americans moved to England in the 1800s. Some were mulatto’s sent by their slave master father for education And some were free black Americans from Philadelphia.
So I don’t believe you can call first generation African migrants to the uk or Africans that recently moved to the UK Black British because they actually have their own history in England look it up. England had some black famous authors that wrote anti-slavery books in the 1800s.

There are many books by black authors from around the world, referring to Africans, caribbeans, as "black". Some dating back over 70 years.
