The Organization is cheap. Always has been. They will hire another first time head coach because it’ll be hard to pass up on the talented rosters, pay him peanuts for the lack of experience. And we will be here asking for his head in 2 years or so.
Because Dean Spanos is too cheap to pay someone with experience and hires these no name coordinators Because it's the cheapest option.
When you have someone like Sean Peyton WANTING to coach your team and you don't make it happen? That's proof the organization doesn't care about winning or the fans.

As a Raiders fan, I can empathize with the frustration that fellow fans must be experiencing. It's disheartening when you want your coach out, but the owner seems reluctant to make any changes. We've been in a similar situation weeks ago with McDaniels.

You've never heard anyone who's worked with him talk poorly about him either. That may change here when he gets fired, but long answer to he's not just a smooth talker, just over his head. He needed more seasoning before being a head coach.
