Another thing, when I was a kid, I loved Click Clock Wood so much that I vowed that as an adult, I'd spend an entire year in a forest so I could observe the seasons as they change.
I just arrived home from my Grandfathers 80s Birthday Seeing all my Cousins and Sisters again. And we talked alot about, what made the place at my grandparents so special.. and we talked alot of the N64… we used to play alot back then.. together This awesome song, does not only stand for Banjo-Kazooie, but also for alot of fun at Mario Kart and Mario Party, Smash Bros and DK64. This was a nice little Party. Danke Oma und Opa ❤
***** It always confused me because you would think that the Red Feathers would be in autumn and Notes would be in Summer, because of the color theme. Perhaps they swapped them because the giant venus flytraps are largest in autumn, therefore getting Notes from them would be harder.
***** Meanwhile Microsoft decided that it's alright for four of the notes here to be potentially glitched out of existence in the XBLA version. Can always count on them to make life better for Rare Fans -_-
MischievousPirate I'm not saying he's a bird in the game. I'm saying he played click clock wood all his childhood which is what his comment implies if you actually think about it.
MischievousPirate My first comment was a joke if you actually think about it, so I don't know what exactly your purpose is but you are starting to act like your profile picture suggests, a troll.
Whenever I think of this CCW season, I always think of one time as a kid when I got hit by one of the bird enemies in the tree holes with just one honeycomb left, and Banjo actually fell in the lake from the death animation knockback, and then drowned instantly. "Oof! Yow!......Ahblblblbah! Blblblblblah! (Awww...)" I laughed so hard, even though I had like 70 notes, I had never seen that drowning animation before except for when I ran out of air.
Whenever I'm on a hike, I play whichever click clock wood song to match the season. Nothing beats a walk during fresh snowfall in my woods with a hot coco listening to the chimes of the winter version as snow falls around me... Pure bliss
This was the best section of Click Clock Wood. The background colors were so inviting, and autumn-esque. Of course, you'd probably have to like Fall before you decide that's your favorite, but it's definitely the comfiest season.
I have made it a tradition to listen to each season's theme all day on the first day of each season. Today being the first day of Fall, I will be blasting this all day :)
I love this version of the level so much! It calmes me for some reason, like: Me when i die with 70 notes and 4 jinjo's: summer. SSSSHHHHHHIIIIIIIITTT! Me when i die with 70 notes and 4 jinjo's: autumn. Oh well.
Awwh its so cool when all the animals are packing up for the winter... was soo cool collecting food for them. And the Big bird at the top. Fall is the preparaiton, which makes it even cooler.
Actually a friend of mine showed me the Elder Scrolls games. It's a great game. I especially love the ways you can use weapons and the amount of armor and abilities you have. Definitely a keeper in my eyes
I got Tooie for Christmas in 2001 and didn't even know about this game until like a year later, then we literally searched for 2 years until we finally found it at Gamestop. I still play it a lot, and the N64 turns on fine but can take a while if it's used too much at a time. But good for you for playing the good games at a young age! This game is slightly before my time too, but its still my favorite game of all time.
Favorite track, favorite level...there's just nothing I don't love about Click Clock Wood. (Except maybe watching my little eagle fly away. So cute in the summer when it's still a baby.)
I always loved how the music would change tambre in the lair when you moved from one area to another :) Whoever composed for this game is a flipping genius!
Ah, its the end of August and i am enjoying a good tour with my Motorbike! Just relaxing under a big tree and this awesome music came to my mind! I cant wait for fall to come! 🍂🍁🍄
aww man i too remember when i was a kid i used to go on my cuzons profile jus so i cud go and ply this level.....I was only about 5 years old LOVED IT BACK THEN LOVE IT TWICE AS MUCH NOW god i miss my child hood
It's also similar in Banjo-Kazooie when, at the end, you play trivia and sometimes need to recognize certain songs and sounds. Both aspects are pure genius. What I don't understand, however, is why magnificent ideas and works of art are not employed in today's games....I had to put two posts, since I didn't have enough for one.
i am very happy while listening to this. best gamen ever made for n64, i am never going to sell that thing. NEVER!!! it reminds me from when i where a younger child. and it also reminds me of the times my schoolmates said to me; STOP HUMMING THAT!!!
I double agree, though I haven't played Majora's Mask. I still say this is a cool level in which you play through a entire year for one location. My favorite level out of the entire series, number 2 is Cloud Cuckooland.
Rare's new direction has gone to shit but they've given us these games. These games that I played as a child, grew up with, and have formed a considerable part of myself. These games are Rare's lasting legacy, and even if Rare never makes a good game again, I'd still have Banjo Kazooie & Tooie, and for that I am grateful.
I've had this song stuck in my head for years and i haven't know what it's off, I'm glad i've rediscovered this song. I'm replaying banjo kazooie now - one of the best games ever! Anyone who dislikes the N64 dislikes gaming.
Not only do I love this song, but I like the whole Autumn theme. Here in Miami, we get ABSOLUTELY NO fall or winter, so I have to play BK to get a taste of fall instead...
Wow, that sounds amazing! I haven't played that game, but the Rayman games do look like fun. I'd like to play that game. To play a certain level in a game that allows one to follow the song in order to get through it is quite interesting, and educational. It's games like that in which one cannot play on mute, either because the songs sound too amazing, or you need the songs to get through.
Ah, the Grunty questions are pretty tricky, especially how most, if not all, of the answers vary with each new game. Yet, the trivia game at the end gives motivation for people to just run through the whole game again. It's totally worth it! All-in-all, this game is unique, and 100% worth playing. I hope I'm not the only one when I say that I'm saving my nintendo 64 for my future kids, so that they retain just a bit of their innocence. X)
I would have to say that this is my favorite game of all time hands down, no matter how much i like Left 4 Dead or gears they will never top the joy i got outta Banjo Kazooie. Sure i love nuts and bolts but this game right here is ture platforming at its roots!
The reward of beating Rusty Bucket Bay was the Click Clock Wood levels. Thanks Rare, Banjo-Kazooie is my child-hood, so please Microsoft don't kill it :(
Yeah I do like the trivia idea, and it shows that the songs as well as the game are memorable when you can get most of them right, the only ones to really worry about are some of the timed challenges (well for me it's really just the memory game with the turtles, I have trouble memorizing those.) and the Grunty questions assuming you completed a run without talking to Brentilda.
Oooh yes!!! I just actually got to this part in Stardew Valley too. Is it strange that when the soundtrack wasn't playing, I could hear this theme playing in my head as well? lol
Several of Ex-Rare employees have been considering making a new game that has the feel of these old games, although it wouldn't be a new Banjo. I think they mentioned they were going to do a kickstarter

Did you do it?
@@whyrwehere Unfortunately not.
@@gcHK47You are still young. I know that because you say, you loved this as a kid.
It's never too late.
Where do you live?
Happy First Day of Fall, y’all! Make this autumn awesome!

Ha! glad to see ya again. I love autumn.
I live in a forested area, so I hear you loud and clear~ Also might be moving to Canada in the future, where autumn is pretty spectacular
I will try. Thank you for your yearly energy! ❤
You know what I'm here for. Happy Autumn!
TheCartoonGamer8000 I did this on that day too this year, also better late than never for Pokémon Sun and Moon to celebrate Oktoberfest 🍻

My favorite season, my favorite theme.
Awesome
Mine's too
Kuda357 yeah this season calmes me for some reason
A Happy First Day of Autumn to you all once again!
whether it is fall or not ( which it is) this song will never get old
R.I.P The old Rareware
"Finally, here's where all the F@$&*#! notes are", the musical

@@defon8532 You haven’t been looking very hard!
There goes my childhood in one song!
Your childhood was spent in click clock wood?
SuperYtc1 I think he is implying that he is that bird in click clock wood.

The difference between the four songs in this world is enormous! Much greater than I remember as a kid! ;D

Click Clock Wood was always my favorite level in the game, and Fall and Winter are my favorite seasons.
My favorite version
Whenever I'm on a hike, I play whichever click clock wood song to match the season. Nothing beats a walk during fresh snowfall in my woods with a hot coco listening to the chimes of the winter version as snow falls around me...

These were my favorite levels. They were so cool, and I loved the music.
Part of the fall theme reminded me a bit of "And Bingo Was His Name-O".
The November of Banjo-Kazooie.
*starts crying*
my childhood '.'

One of the few games that captured the feeling of Autumn PERFECTLY.
Fall is my favourite season, I just love all the colours when it's fall.
This song nailed the feeling of fall perfectly somehow...

Banjo-Kazooie was one hell of a good game. And of course the music rocked.
I do not know what makes a song autumny... but this one is. Best song in the game IMO.
I love fall/autumn and levels based on it. :)
