I got the fastest relief doing the stretches and wearing a night boot that kept my foot at a right angle to my leg which allowed the tendon to heal while slightly stretched. Within a week, I had less morning pain. I wore it faithfully for 3 months even taking it on a cruise.

You provide such a wonderful service with your videos!
I had this once in my life. It was after switching to steel toe and shanked boots and walking a lot for months. It lasted a year. Then I switched back to flexible soled work boots and it was much better after a month and completely gone in 3 months. It was so painful just to sit down for a min then start walking.

Thank you, this is really helpful. Had plantar fasciitis symptoms for few weeks, then was running and heard a pop and felt a tear. Was excruciating to try to weight bear. I bought custom made arch supports, have been icing and heating. Stopped walking around in bare feet and stopped wearing flat pumps. Now, it is most painful when driving with foot on accelerator. The iced bottle sound great, as do the exercises, and massages. Thanks again.

Always good not to keep doing strain on the affected areas. Running with symptoms injured you.
Hope you stop next time you are getting strains in an area, before doing major damage.

I'm a Hospice patient who suffers from. Plantar fascilititis . I'm not sure how you spell it. My doctor injects me with cortisone in my heel. It works for 2 months. I can't have it but every 6 months. This video helped me a lot. I'm also going to watch the hump in my back of my neck. I also wear these things that go around my heels.

I suffered from plantar fasciitis for literally five years before finally getting some relief through physical therapy and wrapping my foot every day for four years. I would have loved having this video then! The techniques presented here are so helpful! Thanks so much for sharing.

    No:6
Support during the night which keeps foot kind of perpendicular to the callf, preventing plantar fascia to loose and "reduce length' during night so no need to 'strech' it again in the morning....
I stopped running due to this issue years back, now cycling and not running anymore, even 100 m run will give me pain next morning, terrible thing this one...

Thanks for the tips and I am doing the stretches. I figured out mine is triggered by my weight so the sugar is gone since the New Year and my sleep position is also a factor, when I lay on my side to sleep the pain in my arch becomes worse so now at night I put a pillow between my knees and it is getting better. I am stretching the foot but I didn't do the leg muscles so that will be included. I have found pain around the ball of the big toe when stretching the toes so I am massaging it in 4 different directions to release the fascia. The ibuprofen helps but so does magnesium chloride spray.

Hi, I suffer from tinnitus, noises that I hear in my ear, which don’t come from outside, it’s a constant buzzing noises that beeps me exhausted, confused and dizzy. I was told to stretch and massage the soles of my feet to distend the ear labyrinth, and should check cervical vertebras that might be pressing some nerves. Thank you, regards from Tenerife, I live 800 meters above sea level, could it be the altitud ?

Thank you for your advice. I had surgery on my plantar fasciitis in May but still having pain in my foot very similar to before forward of the arch. The only difference is no pain in my heel. Same stiffness and pain after resting. Will these exercises work for me? Thank you.
