Thanks for watching our video. No you do not need . We are living Germany for 5 years there is no problem. What you can do next time whenever you will renew your passport update you respective spouse name if you have not yet done.

Immigrant parents have Indian passports, newly relocated to Germany and working in Tech (one of whom is BlueCard holder).
Their child is conceived and born in Germany after few months.
Question - Will the child automatically acquire German Citizenship by birth? If not, then what additional benefit this child will get in contract to other immigrant kids who were born out of Germany (or EU)?

Please check our video on German Citizenship .If child is in Germany whether born in German or not then you will get kindergeld i.e. 219 Euro as per 2022 every month...that is for every child in Germany .

My family reunion visa is already approved and stamped, my kid is small and I am thinking of traveling to India in November to assist my wife in order to bring here in Frankfurt. I am having MULT entry visa or temporary visa which is valid for 6 months till 10 Feb 2022. I have already sent them work contract and other docs for RP but awaiting response. My question is, can I travel on Entry visa and come back or do I need RP ?

@@anuhyaanu7125 it usually takes around 4 to 6 ..minimum 4 and max 6 weeks to get your Visa approved email from consulate. We submitted our application through Mumbai consulate, and it took 4 week for us.
