The varcolac was the perfect horror enemy. The first meeting is so aggressive that you only really see it's gaping maw. Being on the roof, thinking you're safe to snipe it, only to be surprised by the speed at which it scales the building was a moment I'll never forget

7:27 Your pronunciation on Ubistvo was surprisingly accurate, your pronunciation on Noga Skakanje though was the terrifying part.
I love resident evil,and the lore you tell us reinforces my love for the games.
Varcolac Alpha had me staying in that little hut forever 🤣 that thing is so damn scary

RE6 is so disappointing in every way it's impressive. It has so many creepy enemy designs yet we got another action shooter as it was the style at the time.
Thank god for RE7 for bringing back that horror feel

The monsters that I have seen look very cool, there's a really big monster that hunts you down they aren't showing though. I can't wait for the DLC, however I'm either going to have to buy the DLC for PS4 or buy the game again for PC...

I, as an adult man, am STILL creeped the F out by Regenerators. Was not happily surprised how fast the remake-ones move! :)
But they made a mistake, they tuned down the gross breathing, and shaking of Iron maiden. 🤔 I showed the Remake to my fiancee, then showed cutscenes from the original to compare the games, and she was also creeped out by the gross breathing. (She was also super entertained by my wimpy "EWWW GET AWAY" -reactions, because those creepers really do scare me. 😃)
Next list idea.. top ten B.O.W's surprisingly gentle in the sack and......hang on, some men in white coats are knocking on my door.

@@leviathan_is_me I disagree entirely. To me, story makes a game series, not gameplay. Example being Kingdom Hearts, where the story is consistent but the gameplay of each game is pretty different.
Story wise, RE6 fits incredibly well and has a better story that the majority of other RE titles. So in my eyes, it's a peak RE game. Because to me RE isn't about horror, it's about B.O.Ws and creepy sci-fi, and story-wise with the direction RE 4 and 5 took the series, 6 fits the trend perfectly. It's just not scary. But I'll take a non scary RE game with a great story over a scary RE with a mediocre story any day.

I remember the first time i played resident evil 2 remake, I finished it in 10 hours, and yes part of that time was because I was figuring everything out and where everything was, but mostly because of Mr. X walking around having no idea where he was, I remember being stuck in the save room under the stairs for an hour, he just didn’t want to go away
5:42 Initially, when I first saw that thing in the game. I was just intimidated by it.
But now that I have a closer look at it's face, I can't believe I didn't realize how fucking creepy it looks.
Varcolac/alpha varcolac is easily the most terrifying. Probably like x3-5 stronger than say a full adult lion/tiger but larger and more terrifying looking
RE1 Hunters. The sound design for them is still terrifying.

There was just a Resident Evil sale in Steam. I bought Re2make and Re3make for 20$ since I haven't played them. I probably should have bought RE5 and revelations because I have never played them but I already have too many games to play on my backlog.

I've been replaying resident evil 6 recently. I play a ton of horror games during the fall time.

That Alpha Wolf is amazing to look at and CREEPY AS FUCK that face doesn't look like in belongs in that Dimension but somewhere in The Backrooms looking at you from the dark.
Noga Skakanje , Ustanak, Ubistvo enemies are actually Balkanic words which is very interesting

It's probably clear that the "Splasher" was inspired by a monster from 1982's The Thing.
I’ll always love resident evil for the creepy and somewhat.. well gross designs they always design. Eight’s dlc hopefully will bring more horrors.
The Varcolac reminds me a LOT of Parasite Eve's Desert Chaser. Those faces are eerily similar.

So the hunter, and both lickers (re2 and re2 remake) had me shook to turn corners in the games.
Hunter Beta 2 there from the remake OG hunter beta where not Insect/reptile Hybrids. They where Mutated and gave up strength for Intelligence Just clarifying. Just like the Gamma Hunter Chickens in the reamke are Not the Hunter Gamma frogs that could swallow you whole The wiki even separate's this as well as Canon material such as The RE archive's :) Love your content. The Og Betas should of been on list as well as Brainsuckers and Drain demios.

Mr X still trumps for me, he’s completely devoid of emotion, a hulking noire stalker, he’s programmable, and has multiple mutations.
Put simply, you’re not getting away from him very easily.

Concerning the hunter beta, with modern armaments and ammunitions commonly being sold, a redneck with a shotgun could decimate 1 or 2. Especially considering walmart niw carries 10 gauge and 12 gauge hollowpoints, mixed rounds, abd APFSDS slugs.

I honestly believe The Original Nemesis Tyrant should have been added to the list.
I always thought it would be cool if there was a Tyrant who could talk, and furthermore was actually highly intellectual. It would be a shocking subversion of expectations.

RE5 there a weird gaz like B.O.W that hunt Chris and Sheba, that thing is scary as hell.
Id say the giant frogs of Re0. Creatures that will slowly eat you alive as your partner looks on almost as if encouraging the creature.

Especially the zombies in the 2 remake, those things are bullet sinks along with everything else. Especially since they can take quite a few shots to the head.

Honestly, at first encounter when I played RE4 Blindly (while my dad had completed the game over and over, and I knew he had... becase he and my mom talked about it, a lot xD) and i first encountered the fucking regenerator... I up and rage quit and let my dad play the whole level with those, for me until I got the Infra Red scope... I was like 11-12 years old and those things just made my anxiety spike....
then few years later around 18-20 years old, I played it at a friend's place who enjoyed watching me beat it... and I was more concerned over keeping and saving grenades of all kinds and GOD DAMN do I find those a breeze, when using a normal Frag or an Incindeary grenade...

Ooze aka yuck: same as RE revolations
Licker aka the power of christ compells you: sometimes hangs from the ceiling and gives a laugh before dropping
Zombie aka Zombie old guy: same as others
Regenaredor aka holy f****: same as originals
Iron maiden aka oh f***** no: boss fight absolutely nightmare fuel dodges, hides, plans sneak attacks and basic attacks, fakes death, stage 1 Chainsaw, stage 2 flamethrower, more stages, can steal your guns and use them
Verdigo (with wings) aka flying hell fly: boss fight in prison random attacks sometimes throws bars from cells as spears, only vulnerable when charging at you, shoot at its mouth, strong as f**** fast as f****
Leech aka nope: can melt to dodge
Molded aka nope 2X they come from everywhere
Lycan aka why: same
Crimson head aka nope 3X: steals items when attacking and can dodge
Revnant aka NOPE! 666X: can throw sharp objects (this is bad since they appear in the butcher house)
Ivey aka vegan fever dream: some emit poison gas

I really liked the video but how you pronounced noga skakanje is so off it serbian translation that means "leg jumping" because most of the B.O.W.s in RE6 are serbian translated. But all in all amazing video. Also for me the scariest B.O.W. was definitely Ustanak at the icy cave with a drill hand, you couldn't fight him you could just hide and pray he doesn't spot you.
