I absolutely love castles, they are just beautiful, I thought you did very good for your review Lazar! I love the model but...I don't think a double chimney suits the castles...I still like them but it just doesn't look right but they still did the job they were built for
Sam knows the history of the GWR Castle Class engines. He could give you the details you need, if you ask him nicely. One more thing, you should test the engine backwards and forwards for an hour on her own, before you add and rolling stock. Earl of Mount Edge-cumbe can manage up to 12 coaches unaided. You should have given her a better load than 3 carriages.

I think my favorite GWR 4-6-0 is either the Hall or the Grange 8:08 you should try to wipe those dirty tracks with a paper towl or cotton swab, and go over really hard on the dirtiest parts I'm glad you also got some very nice coaches to go with it! What was the price per coach? (did you get seven?) You should try to get one of those highly detailed tank locos to review!
MrBnsftrain I did the same thing. I found out that my tracks are dirty and that caused my train to slow down and get stuck. I cleaned it with a tissue paper.
I got that locomotive when I went to a model railway exhibition in York and they said it was new. However when I opened it I noticed the metal thing on the locomotive what are the breaks wasn’t there. What shall I do ? Take it to a local model railway shop so they can put a new one in or send it to Hornby ?
LaZeR JET good news I have a old castle model and it haves the piece what I need so today I took it to the shop and they are going to fix it. I’m happy :)

Lazer quick tip NEVER lift a model train by its wheels as I did once and the engine wouldn't move after that. By the way amazing review!

The castle is a stunner but I’ve found it needs more weight, it can’t pull over 7 car trains reliably same with the king model.
