I’m in yr 13 and wanting to do an apprenticeship in tech and I didn’t apply to many company’s when should I start applying to tech companies again to get a degree apprenticeship

For starting in September 2025, applications for tech will mainly be November-February period. So you've still got about 6 months to level up your CV and get experience which will make you more of an attractive candidate. In general, it will be around October-January of Year 13 for initial applications. It does depend on the industry though so, for example, finance will be earliest (around October sort of time) whilst engineering will be closer to December/January. Hope that helps.
