U have about a week ahead of me So for vitamins I take biotin, keratin, collagen it comes together in a pill, one a day for multi, fish oil and zinc I use almond oil and jojoba oil to moisturize the scalp twice a day. Sometimes put a few drops of Castor oil but so far so go .. ur doing good man Almond oil is amazing in general for the skin as well
I appreciate the comment and tips brother! I have heard a lot of good things about Castro oil and jojoba oil. Will most likely give them a try this month. Thank you!
No good reason in particular. But I’m also worried that a haircut will irritate the bumps on my donor area and make it worse. So I’m waiting for it to be almost bump free.
Hello can u describe your experience at cosmedica? I’m currently in the process of researching clinics and this is one of them that’s a possible option. Thank you
Hey man! I don’t have anything negative to say about the clinic. Can’t comment on my full result yet because it’s still coming in. So far, my donor looks good! The clinic is clean and organized. The only kinda negative thing to me was that there were ALOT of people getting a transplant on the same day. Although the clinic made the process feel smooth despite the number of people, I was still a bit surprised by that. Also, I did not have a personal translator and the technicians couldn’t speak English. So, when ever I had a question during the procedure, they had to go find a translator. I’ve heard that some clinics typically have a translator very close by at all times. The rest of the staff prior to the procedure spoke great English.

Images would have been helpful to help explain what you are talking about. Beside that congrats on the transplant.
I appreciate the feedback brother. Where would you have liked to see images? I wanna make sure to add them next time.
