It never was created, it always was, but it used to be placed in source not in the universe. The spiritbody you got at the same time as you got your flesh. After you lose your physical body you go on with your other body/ the spiritbody to continue living in the universe forever but now not in the physical but only in the spiritworld. Without the first visit to earth it would not be possible because you cant live in the spiritworld without a spiritbody.
