Vadodara eats its heart out every night at Ratri Bazar. In Ratri Bazar, Marwadi Food Corner serves Matka Biryani which is most loved dish of Barodian ! Biryani is served in a special Clay Pot (Matka) with a cheese on top. Bottom part of handi is filled with special biryani gravy, then the rice, which is then topped with cheese and cashew nuts.
Somebody tell him he is wasting almost a plate of rice while preparing. He can use a bigger utensil if he likes to toss rice so much. Save food. 🙏

It is fried rice, and really now they put cheese on everything, chefs would get really offended if cheese is put on there fried rice, or biryani, or whatever. Biryani or fried rice, if made really well, doesn't need cheese at all, and that too un melted Mozzarella or processed cheese.
