@@carbus1421 @Car Bus The best is a matter of choice, but wouldn't you agree that no other non native UA-camr has compiled even these many dishes in a single video? Indian culinary traditions are so diverse that each region would require a video this long to accommodate most of its dishes. Dear Amanda, hope you can try some of these right here in the USA or wherever you live. The UK is rife with good quality Indian snacks and street food, and way easier to handle than distant India. If you wish, you could try to find DEEP brans vegetable [ potato and peas] samosas, which are spiced very very lightly and come with a wonderful green chutney. You can buy various types of tamrind chutney [labelled for bhel puri, but great with the more pquiant green chutney, which itself is nothing but a handful of fresh mint, and as much cilantro you wish, a small piece of root ginger, and whtatever form of green or red pepper you like. A little water and sugar, and whizz them in your food blender. Add some lime juice freshly squeezed, or lemon if that is what you prefer. You have your green chutney. You can mix a part of this chutney with full fat or non-fat greek yoghurt, for another taste experience. GARVI GUJARAT [ meanuing proud Gujarat] is a brand of the chickpea and puffed rice snacks you saw here. They also have some sweets on their mail order list, and Rajbhog Sweets is also a reliable mail order firm. DEEP brand has many tasty frozen dishes and sweets as well, including the south Indian Masala Dosa, Sambar, and even onion fritters. Take a look at their product list, and venture out yourself to make some of these dishes. I shall be honored to answer any queries/doubts you may have.
@Althea Brown that all sounds wonderful. Unfortunately, there aren't any such options in the area I live in in the US. Perhaps once my familial obligations are fulfilled I will have the opportunity to travel outside of this locale and finally, at long last be able to experience all the incredible things I've only had the chance to view on a screen! Definitely this is a great video showcasing some Indian street foods. Even though am an Indian currently living in India I'm hesitant to try these tempting street foods due to bad hygiene and dirty surroundings at which you find them mostly.
Each time I see anyone trying pickles, my eyes scrunch in reflex knowing what's coming next. 😂😂 Hey Luke, a handy tip to remember while eating Indian Pickles is that they are meant to be eaten in a very small quantity with the dish, hence always take a tiny bit of pickle or just take lil bit of pickle spice with whatever type of bread / rice you are having. But, never the whole piece of pickle in a bite.

Wow, this was really satisfying to watch. If you ever come to India again, you should make your next video on South Indian street food. As a Keralite, I swear you must try any of the meat dishes at local toddy (liquor) shops.
The food is cooked fresh, from ingredients that are not processed and eaten hot. That takes care of 99% of the germs and hygiene, and most famous places follow reasonable sanitary practices (washing hands and the ilk). Could the cleanliness, hygiene and ambience be better around the kitchen and it's neighborhood ... oh for sure, I mean some of these places definitely have a notches to cilmb. But you will be surprised at how kitchens look elsewhere in the world including closer home. It's just that these kitchens are in your face (They do not hide behind a facade). 🙂

It all looks delicious. It must be very hot working there in the summer over all those ovens and fires.
If you get the chance, hope you can visit the North East states of India. Vastly different almost a total opposite/180°different style from what is shown here. Too many varieties, delicacies in India.
I just randomly got the chance to watch this video as I saw my wife Binge watching your videos and I wanted to comment and request you to take an exclusive south Indian trip too, since you will be surprised how different South Indian food is. All the items that you tried in this video are amazing on its own, it's just that there are much more varieties to be tried and tested. India is such a big place with tons of varieties of food and culture to explore. Loved this content and hope to see more such amazing videos !
As a Tamil guy one of my wishes is to go to Varanasi for temple visit plus try that Malai and the amazing chats. Cos the ones we get here are average. Also Indore has amazing cuisine.
how does it matter you a tamilr or a kaatpaadi, just enjoy
You gave me the best recipe after watching your video ! Appreciate your video😊Thanks for Sharing👍

Do a south India trip bro. There’s so much more to explore. Especially the biryani part.
Yes it’s definitely high on the list
Wonder full 👌
Luke, indian pickles are hot, spicy and very salty. So you need only a very tiny amount for each mouthful of paratha.
I learned my lesson haha
