This man deserves everything. He has never quit and over the years has worked on his voice and worked on his voice and worked on his voice. You're amazing.
I think he was still on his journey to his true self. You can tell he really likes to sing, but when he let his love for it become him, instead of him becoming it, is when he really succeeded.

In 2010 he was average at most, and today he has one of the best voices I’ve heard in very long time. As confidence grows the performance becomes less bombastic and more emotional and no longer needs to have any overconfidence attached because u no longer need to try so hard.. It just becomes natural and flows with emotion.. Great transition
I always love to pick a favorite. This year on AGT 2019 he’s my favorite. I really hope the votes go his way. My favorite song is “What happened to us” I’ve listened to it on repeat it’s absolutely perfect and really hit me with what I’m going through.

Possibly my favorite thing about this season's AGT is learning about the journey of this singer.
I liked the reaction of the other contestants on the stage when he sang those last few notes. 😮 A complete look of disbelief.
