So practical~ a common feedback from me to students is: What are you going to try and persuade me of? And then in the conclusion, be explicit about how you did just that (in summary). Position can be difficult when they've not had enough time and mental space to 'choose a side' on an issue. And as much as many of them enjoy watching movies involving court cases, they often struggle to argue in favour of one side that they don't 'fully believe in'.
You are making a great impact on a lot of students life! Those skills you generously sharing are life changing and will last with us the entire life! I really can't find words to thank you enough! but really, from the bottom of my heart thank you and I really appreciate you putting the time doing all of that. keep going and just imagine how a great you leave on a lot of people. I will make sure to spread your channel all over the place!!
Chelsa I want to than you for this video, as I am an older student returning to school, I didn't know how to write a Thesis Statement at all, I'm trying to graduate with my Associate's Degree and to show my grandchildren that whatever you set your mind to, you can do.
