SONY 50MM F1.2 GM PORTRAIT AND STREETS PHOTOGRAPHY ; Episode 2 [ENG SUB]

- First we would really like to express our gratitude to be able to shoot with the Sony 50mm F1.2 GM for a week!
The lens was incredible and performed really really well as expected!!
As for a portrait photography standpoint, this is a perfect lens for the dreamy background, the bokeh this lens render is incredible.
As for a street photography standpoint, its a really sharp lens and isolates the subject really well. However, due to the constant movement of street photography subject, using F1.2 aperture would not be so ideal, as F1.2 is very shallow and the subject in focus is very very thin, if we get too close to shoot, a slight movement in the subject, the focus will shift from maybe the eyes to the nose, the camera will still shows its in focus, but when u review the photos, u will find out either the nose were in-focus or sometimes the shirts. To reduce this problem, it's best to stop down the aperture to around F1.8 to F2.0, which might be redundant for some people.
So this is something you need to consider when buying this lens, all this comments were just my pure opinion, it might be wrong, but that is my experience with the lens!
All in all, I'm really satisfied and happy with the pictures I took throughout this one week duration! Thank you for watching!
