In this video sir has very clearly and nicely expressed the great ancient story which many of us are not aware of in a very interesting manner it is really informative and we got to learn that many of the nutritious foods that we thoughtt were recent discoveries were practiced in many rural areas since ages
One important fruit that our ancestors have been eating "Turanji" . This fruit is not very much common and is like a lemon in appearance . Muslim traditional books mention about this abd it is known to have a well known no of benefits
1)It is very good for intestinal health
2)It keeps our stomach clean and washes out extra impurities
3)BMI also decreases because it also boosts up metabolism
4)It is very effective to treat all digestion problems that nowadays are the root cause of major diseases
    5) It acts as an antioxidant and helps us to prevent many dangerous diseases
It has many indirect benefits as well because it keeps your. Intestine clean there are more chances of clear skin as weball know that our face reflects any problem that we face in our body as pinple are a very common consequence of constipation
These facts are also proven by scientific research but were practiced among ancient tribes since ages

Thank you so much sir ,for making us aware about how precious and wonderful our indian culture is.we hardly focus on our traditional food in generations where the food fads of fast food, pizza ,burger ,maggi is popular
How innovative our ancestors were in food processing . To know this is just wonderful i am amazed to see that the techniques science that need to keep food safe ,preserve, hygienic we are learning now is actually already adopted by our Indian.. to know this is just feeling of proud

##Conventional/traditional Practices: the best practices with scientific evidence, which were once scientifically designed to have a sustainable growth of whole society. The food, the ingredients composed has 360 approach taking care of taste, physical and mental fitness with zero or minimal burden on environment, rather the waste contribute e.g. use of banana leaves.
Also the Hygiene practices of much better standards were a part of culture. Social distancing, hand washing, clean clothes, untouchability which may not interpreted technically or taken otherwise, are not being forced to follow. (Another, once it was practice to wash hands, mouth, feet before anyone enters home and a bit of practice of quarantine is also there, any outsider couldn’t straight away went to interiors.
And what’s the surety that these kind of emergencies will not challenge in future.
And there is a lots of other practices

Thanks for the wonderful informative video. I would like to add that the story of sambar originating from thanjavur is a widespread misconception.
Here are a few references which mentions sambar in texts of few notable Telugu scriptures dating back to times before Marathas conquest of southern India.
The Telugu Etymological dictionary lists four entries on sāmbār:
    1. sambāramu, sambāruvu, sambāru. upaskaraNa dravyam. A quotation cited from the literary work Bhimakhandam (1.60) by a famous Telugu poet of 14-15 c. AD.
Telugu: “sambāramula tōḍi Sākapākamulatō pakvamaina pesarapapputōḍa … “,
    2. hamsavimshati 1.113 of 17 c. AD. Telugu literary work.
    3. haravilāsamu Ch. 2.121 Srinatha of 14-15 c. AD. Telugu literary work.
    4. āmuktamālyada, Ch. 2.97 authored by the Emperor poet Sri Krishnadevarāya 16 c. (1509-1529) AD. translation by C.V. Ramachandra Rao as “…tamarind together with sambāra condiments mixed in half with a treacle (a thick, sticky syrup made from partly refined sugar) and cummin seeds thoroughly cleaned…”.
