Research about the company, go through their website or social media handles. Brush up your concepts. Revise what you did during your internship or project. Don't write anything in your resume that you have no idea about.

Sir now I will be in the final year of bsc microbiology and i want to pursue msc food tech in future but because of pandemic I have attended lab only in 1st yr and I lack lab skills I thought I will do internship and can learn some skills but then India hit 2nd wave of corona and we are still in major issues I don't know what I will do no with a degree but no skills I feel anxious in this time of pandemic. You can go for food and nutrition rather than food technology. And you can go for sports nutrition with that too.
However, in case you change your decision, then a B.Tech degree will provide more flexibility in terms of career.

I like to pursue master degree ( MSc food science and technology.), because I like to work in a food industry .
Sir would you please mention the job position in a food industry to work on something related to microbiology..
You could go for a job in quality assurance, or food safety department as a specialist, or microbiologist in a lab etc.
