- Iowa State vs Texas Highlights (Texas vs Iowa State). Iowa State played Texas in week 13 of the 2020 college football season. I edited the highlights, and voiced an intro reminding my viewers to subscribe (voiced by me, Wheels).

One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I started making them with team logos on the left, and a game snapshot on the right, and I’ve gotten almost all of my video views with that style.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

At least three easy holding calls were ignored in the last drive and Texas still could not win. What a shame!
Texas’s offensive line got away with holding on almost every single play and still couldn’t win.
Fake punt fail changed the momentum -- must have watched the Cowboys game yesterday.
The refs literally handed the win to Texas in the last drive. Numerous holding and block in the back penalties that were ignored.
Iowa State did a lot of holding that the refs ignored.

You guys fired the winningest Texas coach in history. Texas has been acting like KU who had a coach (in his 7th year i believe) get them a 12-1 season. Then they drop off , aren't getting 5 star recruits and come up with a witch hunt to force him out. Then they fire the next 3 coaches after 2, 2.5, and 4 seasons respectively. Insane. Give Herman 8 years.

Total points for the season for Iowa State on all 9 games played: 298
Total points for Oklahoma in 7 conference games: 294 in regulation, 316 with Overtime score added
ISU's defense allowed 22 points to Kansas (Oklahoma allowed 9), 24 points to OSU (Oklahoma allowed 13), and 34 to TCU (Oklahoma allowed 14)
HOWEVER, ISU held texas to 20 (Oklahoma allowed 31 in regulation, 14 in OT) Shut out Kansas State (OU allowed 38, but kind of hard to accurately compare due to a depleted KState roster in the late season) Held TT to 15 (OU allowed 28)
Offense clearly goes in favor of Oklahoma. Defense slightly goes in favor of ISU.
If both teams win out, my prediction for the big 12 Championship would be Oklahoma winning by 10 or less in a relatively high scoring game. Should be a good one.

Watched the entire game. It was a great game to watch and with the Cyclones win, I believe all they would need to get in the Big 12 Championship game is a win next week versus West Virginia or a OK St loss.
Even if they lose and ok state wins they have a 99% chance to get into the big 12 championship
I don't understand what the tie-break is. ISU beat OU and lost to OSU. Therefore ISU should have the tie-break against OU but not OSU. So ISU should now be guaranteed a spot. Is that not correct?

At 12:14 on 3rd-Down Sam Ehlingher had that brief moment to run, extend the play, or else. Didn't have to sacrifice open yardage to perhaps tie the game, getting closer--or ahead of their Kicker's field-goal range. Costed them the game I think.

This loss comes down to one big play in my opinion which was that 4&1 play Sam came up short. He looked tired but still should’ve put more effort in for that big play. Or maybe they should’ve just ran it up the middle/ Qb sneak

@@peterkeigwin847 Spencer Rattler has potential to be better. He's a kid dude. Pretty sure he's the Youngest QB in the Big 12 and already has some of the best stats in the big 12. Give him time. OU's last 3 QB's were transfers from different schools, two of which had SEC experience. This is literally spencers first legit year as a starter.
Hats off to Texas 5 star players. But they have nothing on Iowa State 5 star heart.

Turtle Tom chokes in the 4th again. He’s a horrible coach that Texas will hang on to until they slide further down into the sewer of mediocracy. Sort of like the Dallas Cowboys in increasing irrelevance. Billions of dollars can’t buy championships with bad management.

Ehlinger has really regressed this year. Completion rate is not terrible but he sure misses lots of open receivers that he did not miss last year. If UT cannot improve next year, there will be a new coach in 2022. All of the sports pundits claim that UT is one of the top 5 coaching jobs and they can't do any better than Charlie Strong (one of the worst hires in the history of college football) and the one they have now?
Those four points lost from the drop pass by the Texas RB. Somehow knew that was going to decide it.

Great game. Sloppy, but good.
Texas offensive coordinator made some horrible calls at the end. 4 throwing plays with 1:20 second left. The defense was defending the pass, a nice HB DRAW would have given them better field position. But no he calls 4 pass plays, and gets the QB sacked at the end. Horrible job by the coaching staff late in this game.
