    Clover buns.
    Clover Bun RECIPE.
    200 ml warm milk.
    200 ml warm water.
    10 g dry yeast.
    40g sugar.
    Mix everything well.
    Cover the yeast mixture with a kitchen towel.
    Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes.
    Add 1 chicken egg.
    Mix everything together.
    Sift 650 g flour.
    8g salt.
    Knead the dough with a spatula.
    Add flour in parts.
    Place the dough on the table.
    Knead the dough with your hands.
    Form the dough into a ball.
    Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
    The dough turned out well.
    Dust the dough with flour.
    Knead the dough with your hands.
    Sprinkle the table with flour.
    Place the dough on the table.
    Form the dough into a ball.
    Divide the dough into 2 parts.
    Form each piece of dough into a ball.
    Sprinkle the table with flour.
    Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
    Dough size 43*38 cm.
    Spread the dough with melted butter (50 g).
    Fold the dough into a roll.
    The dough is 4 fingers wide.
    Place the dough on a kitchen board.
    Do the same with the remaining dough.
    Cover the dough with cling film.
    Place the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
    In 10 minutes:
    Place the dough on the table.
    Divide each part of the dough into 7 parts.
    There were 14 parts in total.
    The width of each piece of dough is 4 fingers.
    Form buns.
    Press the dough down with a wooden stick.
    Seal the edges of the dough.
    Turn the dough over.

    Do the same with the remaining dough.
    Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
    Cover the buns with cling film.
    Leave the rolls in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
    Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
    The buns are ready!
