  • PERFECT RECIPE! My husband wants it every week. I don't buy baked goods anymore
    Sunflower rolls.
    Sift 550 g flour.
    Make a well in the flour.
    60g sugar.
    6 g dry yeast.
    1 teaspoon salt.
    6 g vanillin.
    300 ml warm milk.
    Mix yeast with milk.
    Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel.
    Let the yeast mixture sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes.
    Knead the dough with a spatula.
    Add 60 ml vegetable oil.
    Knead the dough with your hands.
    Place the dough on the table.
    Knead the dough until smooth with your hands.
    Form the dough into a ball.
    Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
    Place the dough in a bowl.
    Cover the dough with cling film.
    Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
    The dough turned out well.
    Knead the dough with your hands.
    Place the dough on the table.
    Divide the dough into 6 parts.
    Form each piece of dough into a ball.
    Cover the dough balls with cling film.
    Let the dough rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
    Dust the parchment with flour.
    Parchment size 14*14 cm.
    Place the dough ball on the parchment.
    Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
    Press the center of the dough with a glass.
    Make slits in the dough with a knife.
    Do the same with the remaining dough.
    Place the rolls on a baking sheet.
    Cover the buns with cling film.
    Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
    Mix egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of milk.
    Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Sprinkle the rolls with black sesame seeds.
    Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
    The buns are ready!
