This definitely one that you either watch the video or listen to the song, but not both at the same time! It always cracks me up to hear and watch Rob sing so beautifully while lying on ground dead. This was filmed in Nashville Tennessee during the summer. Temps were somewhere around 100⁰F (37-40⁰C).

Chance is a huge Star Wars and Mandelorisn fan. They are the reason why Chance is dressed as a Mandelorisn.
Adam is a big Dungeon and Dragons player. He has a set up in his basement for the game with a regular group of players that meet there. He is the Dungeon Master. This video was his idea.
The girl who stabbed Austin in the back is Austin's girlfriend Amberlly. They have a UA-cam channel together about their daily life.
She films some videos for the group. During Covid she filmed the video When s Man Loves a Woman sung by Austin as the lead. She and Austin were alone in the studio. The others were in remote locations. Amberlly being behind the camera Is the reason for Austin's romantic gaze during the video. Austin wrote the romantic Stargazer Trilogy for her. Stargazer Lilies are Amberlly 's favorite flowers
The guy who stabbed Tim's,s dragon is a close friend of Tim. ,(I don't remember his name(. He introduced Tim to his future wife. He is also in their Christmas video Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer.

Tim's playing a double character: the boy Hiccup riding the dragon Toothless from the animated movie How to Train Your Dragon. And is that really Darrell Marrier that takes him down? I've never seen Darrell with that long a beard or with grey in it. Darrell is the one who introduced Tim to Jenika Marion, now Foust, who's the guys' stage manager. I just have to recommend their series Home Free Eats (Minnesota Eats, Nashville Eats, Texas Eats pts. 1-3, and Oddities and Eats), which are part of their Home Away From Home series. Austin's adversary was his girlfriend then but they've since gotten married. She's now Amberly Hall Brown. She and Austin have an outdoor channel together called The Beauty and the Bass. They're both avidly into fishing so I guess the "Bass" in the name refers to fishing rather than singing. It's a wonderful view of their lives in and around their home, with the dogs and Dawg the cat and the fishing pond close to the from door and taking care of the woodsy grounds.

This is so awesome!!!! So cool and funny but at the same time so sweet!!! Beautiful how they are dressed up to go larping, all one by one fabulous.
What a beautiful start from Chance with a voice so smooth and sexy. And even though it looked cool, it was almost a shame that you didn't see his face through that helmet for a while. 😄
Then our soulful Rob, the teddy bear with his beautiful voice as soft as silk and his very high note!! 💞Who sings while lying down and later received a sweet kiss on his injured finger from Tim.😂
Tim with his beautiful pathetic dragon and who with his bass could have knocked everyone down in my opinion. 😉

Did you notice Austin lost an ear? Or that the girl who whacks Austin in the back is actually his wife? Too funny!! They filmed this video in August, and temps were hitting close to 100°F.

Blazing reaction, guys! This is one of many favors of mine from Home Free! The guys truly have a wonderful brotherhood! That’s one of the things we love about them. You can feel it come through their music and see it in their live shows and videos. Adam’s character here is very fitting! He is a Dungeon Master in DND. He has a huge game room with a very elaborate setup. Chance is a big Star Wars fan so that should explain his costume here. lol He’s a warrior in a different era. ☺️ This video has so much going on, but I love it. I think you two should check out their cover of “One Man Band”. It’s a real “feel good” song and they bring in those beautiful harmonies me so love!

Enjoying your reactions! One suggestion... you're now familiar with the "Big 3" acapella groups. You may want to explore what I consider the 4th... The Bass Gang. Until recently, none of the 4 members had met in person (Bobby Bass and Peter Barber were in America, Tomi P in Czech Republic and Marwan Ayman in Egypt) They began collaborating from across the globe in the early months of 2021 and most of their videos were green-screened -- they recorded their parts separately. Even though each member is an incredible bass singer, they all have amazing ranges. You may want to start with Hooked on a Feeling (featuring Tim Foust!), Hide and Seek (featuring Lauren Paley) or Emperors New Clothes... basically any of their songs would be a great starting point!
Bobby and Peter recently joined Tomi P in the Czech Republic to film videos. Marwan had to still film his part separately because, apparently the Egyptian government didn't consider singing and making a video a legit job and didn't give him the okay to leave the country. Still wonderful videos though.

The original song is by a group called "Need to Breathe". I love this song, the message of the song, the singing, harmonies, beatboxing - all of it! The woman who clubs the elf (Austin) is his (now) wife Amberly. And Adam is great as the magician (?) - he's a Dungeons & Dragons player. In some of their Covid videos, where he's at home, you see the huge collection of figurines he has! #HomeFree

I think they each played the roles they wanted to play - Chance loves Star Wars. Adam was a mage and is big into Dungeons and Dragons. Rob was Braveheart and he is a movie buff. I don't know if Austin has any particular affinity for LOTR, but he and Amberly did a fantastic couples costume. He may have been an elf just so she could rock her elf costume. Tim, as in the Jack Sparrow getup he did for the Sea Shanty Medley, looks like he raided the local costume rental shop for the most outrageous thing he could find that would fit (like the rest of Home Free, he's pretty tall).
I think this pretty much goes for most of their costumes... They seem to chose what they want in many cases.
I think Tim’s dragon is particularly apt, since Tim’s dragon growl voice goes so well with the costume.

If you want a funny video just for laughs, Tim made a "Southener in the snow" that is comedy gold. Tim is from texas and was visiting Adam Rupp in Minnesota in the coldest part of winter on their break. This is not a song. Pure tim comedy mode

There is so much joy, love and fun to be found all over the world and Home Free is definitely part of the top tier!
It took me so many times watching this video trying to focus on the music and eventually I had to just leave the video behind and simply listen to it and there's actually a really profound message in the song, and of course the performance is top notch.
Adam Rupp is a huge gamer and he's also Dungeons and Dragons Dungeon Master. Both Chance and Austin love their gaming too, as does Austin's wife Amberly, when they are touring or at home. They are all just adult kids, and everything about that is just as it should be.

There is so much going on in the video it is hard to focus on the words of the song. Many a reactor has had to go back and watch / listen to this one several times to get the message of the song because they have been too busy laughing at the antics of the guys larping. Chance love Star Wars there for he is a Mandalorian. Austin is a elf and the woman who hit him is his wife Amberly. You got Rob correct as Braveheart, Tim is how to tame your dragon I think and Adam is a mage and necromancer. He is big time into Dungeon and Dragons even has a room in his house just for his Dungeon and Dragons stuff. If you do the video fron2020 called Quarantine you get to see parts of their homes and it is funny and silly they put out a lot of really cool videos when we were on lock down. Wanted to keep us home fries entertained.

You didn't notice that when Austin runs to help Rob and they go chest to chest Austin is missing one of his elf ears. I'd like to recommend a 2fer. Home Free "Songs That Didn't Make The Cut 5-9-16 and {Home Free: Patreon Party} Songs that didn't make the cut are both the same song from a one-time show for Patreons. One audience member was on the far left and the other was on the far right so you get different angles and one will see things better than the others. The videos are abut 10 or 11 minutes each.
