Hi there, I have purchased blue Parrott headsets for years. They have always lasted for two to three years and are very durable. However this time due to $130.00 a pop for the b350 XT version of blue Parrott I have ventured out and purchased this unit that your talking about for $39.99 and so far the first day very pleased. The blue Parrott was staticky when I went behind my Ford transit 150 to get packages, with this one it doesn’t have any static sound at all. Great purchase!!! As a matter of fact I am going to purchase a second one to keep it in the box as a replacement when something happens to this one. 👍🏻🤓
That’s fantastic! I honestly think it’s the best thing going in it’s price range. Though Blue Parrot offers a good product in my opinion, this offers equal performance value at a fraction of the cost.
Love the sound effects!! 🤣🤣🤣 That headset does have a great sound when we have been talking. Seems like a great value. I'll be ordering a couple of pairs for backups.

I can’t help but feel like it’s a roll of the dice with many headsets. The blue parrot for some is perfectly loud enough and for others it is not enough. This headset I found was plenty loud but my buddy said it wasn’t quite loud enough. So he returned it for another and that one was plenty loud.
Bought mines. They are great I left them on all night the day after the blue light is on but can’t connect and won’t pair. Can you help me on how to reset them thank
Can anyone tell me the button command to do a factory reset on it? Im not sure where my instructions are at the moment, and it stopped pairing to my phone. I loved this headset for about the first 6 months. The head band snapped clean in half right at the top of the adjustment piece, and it was about a week outside of my Amazon replacement window. Now me being me, since the electronics worked great still, I kept super glueing and duct taping it since then (needless to say I don't wear it much outside of my truck). But now about a year into owning it, the electronics are starting to get less reliable. The padding is just as comfortable as day 1 though!
Hello sir, and thanks for this video. I am desperately looking for a headset that has a mute button functionning not just when paired with a cellphone but also when paired with a computer. Indeed, I take professional calls all day through a webphone (the calls come onto my computer, not a phone) and I absolutely need a working mute button, or at the very least a super reliable flip-to-mute mic. Could you please let me know if this one's mute button also works with computers? Or, if it doesn't, if fliping the mic away from your mouth actually makes it impossible to hear you? Thanks in advance for any indication.
Hello and thanks for watching. I am pretty confident it will pair equally to a computer as it does to a phone. The boom being turned to the upright position does not make you impossible to hear it just sounds like you are further away but the mute button works like a charm because it’s in the software of the headset and doesn’t rely on any muting compatibility of the paired unit. @@bigginztrucking4698 Thanks for the answer, I just wish I could be certain because I don't have the budget to get it wrong and have to buy another one afterwards, and they don't sell it in my country so the shipping fees would render sending it back pretty pointless in regards to getting my money back. And as I've been looking for what I need I noticed that the overwhelming majority of wireless headset have a small line in the description saying that the mute button only works when paired to a phone, not to a computer, so the potential for getting it wrong seems pretty high... I'm only gona use this on my professional computer, the mute button and the bluetooth are litteraly my only two necessary prerequesites... I think I'm gonna risk it with this one though, cause I haven't been able to find that dreaded line on any description for it, and you and one other person on the internet have both answered you're pretty sure the mute button will work with my PC, so... rolling the dice I guess ^^ Thanks again for your time 🙏
Hey Stacey. I have had two of these (one I gave to a friend) and I checked with him to see if he has had the same issue. Neither of us has. I’m sorry no help there for you. However, if you got it within the last thirty days you can do a real quick and easy return through Amazon to get a new one in exchange. Or they have a 1yr warranty I do believe.
It sure is. I actually gave this one to a coworker of mine who was down on his luck and am still using my old Blue Parrot. He loves it and we talk every day and it still sounds great. I have ordered me another one because I liked it so much and my Blue Parrot is starting to really go downhill.
Junk. I wish Amazon would stop the proliferation of cheap made-in-China crap and vet the products before they allow them to be added. If you paid $40 for this headset, you paid about $30 too much. Mine last, almost to the date, one year before the MIC stopped working, rendering this useless for it's intended purpose. The item has since been pulled from Amazon...surprise.

Thank you sir. I haven’t experienced the echo yet but I don’t doubt it at all. Discount units tend to be hit or miss.

The mic just stopped working all of a sudden on mine😬
I just fixed mine by thumping the mic a couple of time. You may want to try that if you haven't tossed it in the trash👍🏿
