I'm baaaaaack! The properties come with the specific listing agents/agencies, as such, having an external agent such as Marussia doing a video tour at their listing is highly unlikely going to happen. Plus, what's in it for Marussia promoting another agent's property? Some of the practical issues & politics I have to deal with trying to organise & execute these video tours...

Very fair point, Lucky. Not everyone will be keen to have that coming into that home. Upside is that you’ll have stunning views 🤗 Similarly, where I live in Northcliff - oftentimes you’ll have a steep driveway to get to the home BUT then have the most amazing views 🤔

We do understand that sometimes the different listing agents you’re working all have different styles and methods to showcasing a house and we won’t have the same level of experience every single time and that’s fine. It can be jarring sometimes especially when we want to take in the finer beauty of the exterior and interior designs and the furnishings Keep up the good work, I love this channel and I can’t wait for the next one 👌

It was shot in 4K - time of day very likely caused the grain... Being without practice, I got caught offguard how fast sunlight disappeared this time of year!
This could be a gorgeous home, but the video does not do justice to it. You showed three bedrooms, talked and skipped one next to the main (one wonders if it is because of shortcomings or not). You also talk about 6 bedrooms, and leaves me thinking that you are including the staff quarters bedroom (which is deceiving). Just as a rule it helps to show every part of the house as you walk in - for example I was thinking that there is no formal,lounge, yet the downstairs lounge on the entertainment floor can be entered before going up the stairs (which is great for formal visitors away from family rooms, especially with kids watching tv or having dinner). Lastly I am assuming it is not in a gated/estate area because there are few on Mount, and it would be good to know this in the present RSA security environment (including what security has been installed) - I sincerely think it could be overpriced compared to similar size properties with similar views and not in security areas, but a splendid structure that can be improved significantly in many ways (e.g. I would turn the bedroom next to the main into part of the main to gain cupboards and second shower, and have a pyjama lounge for parents only. Secondly the ‘third’ bedroom lawn can be utilised profitably by closing the lawn area in for higher bedroom with study and makeup areas with a mini lounge. Lastly the cinema will need to be clad for noise removal too, but the area is practically well appointed - and can still be improved).

Luckily, I have plenty of other home tours on my channel which will be more to your liking 🤗
I hear you. In my experience shooting dice luxury homes over the past few years, the vast majority of them do not have any lifts installed. Having one obviously does improve the luxury cachet of the home!

It truly is a stunning entertainers home. Luckily, I have plenty of other video tours on this channel at different price levels that might agree with.

Xavier, I think you need to invest in a better camera. Quality is quite bad and grainy, especially in low lighting.
