I hear you, Sibusiso. You can see part of the front of the house on the intro portion before the tour. Nothing exciting to show as part of the tour, as there’s no real driveway, given you’re in an estate of a number of units, sharing one long middle road from the gate.
A house that makes sense to me because the owner understood that one day the house would be sold other than the houses we see them so much personalized yet we see them year after year on the Market and it is hard to find a buyer

However for 23bar, it still misses few features e.g. cinema and/or gym etc. For me, the Waterkloof Golf Estate at 20bar is the best for value and by far the most beautiful home you've featured this year

Oh no - so sorry the tour disappointed! Jen is a GREAT presenter - this property was staged, so we decided not to show all empty rooms to remain focused on the furnished areas. We both know how touring an unfurnished house looks like. Guess we wanted to avoid that experience. Downside was that we had to skip three bedrooms 🤔
