- This Chicken Tot Pie is a delicious twist on the classic chicken pot pie. The crispy crunchy tater tots on top of the creamy chicken mixture makes an amazing casserole that the whole family will love.

Chicken Tot Pie
2 pounds chicken cooked and shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 (oz.) bag of frozen mixed vegetables
frozen tater tots
1 tsp thyme
pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, vegetables, thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread out evenly into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with tater tots. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
