📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
150 g (5 ¼ oz) butter
125 g (⅔ cup) sugar
2 egg yolks
2 eggs
200 g (7 oz) low-fat quark
75 g (½ cup + 1 tbsp) cornstarch
80 g (⅔ cup) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
200 g (7 oz) frozen blueberries
20 g (2 tbsp + 2 tsp) flour
3 egg whites
120 g (½ cup + 1 tbsp) sugar
50 g (⅓ cup) blueberries
Baking pan diameter: 29 cm x 10 cm (11.4 x 3.9 inches)
Bake: 180 °C / 356 °F for 30 minutes on top/bottom heat, then another 30 minutes

Hoi lieve Anna ik serveer er nog slagroom met mascarpone als toevoeging en wat fijne suiker erdoorheen.
Ik doe dat bij gebaksbordjes en dan een mooie toef slagroom in een klein glazen bakje erbij .
Vind ik leuk ,mijn vrienden zijn er zeer content mee .

I’m definitely a novice baker.😢 My meringue turned out too runny and moist after the second bake. Maybe my blueberry’s were to wet. Can I use a different fruit or perhaps cheat a little and use pie filling instead? I’m really not that good of a baker. You make it look so easy. I’m not giving up though.😊😊

Wow, what a fiasco! At the end we could notice how the first level of the cake went down due to the heaviness of the upper level, or maybe because of the initial fruits. And it is overcooked due to the double process of cooking.
It's such a pity to see how people encourage such failures. It normal to fail, it can happen. Nut this recipe is not respecting any rule of baking or any logic of the textures etc
