    Thank you! You're an excellent and thorough teacher and I much appreciate the lack of background music.
    I'm hooked (and subscribed). Well done!

    Fantastic video. Very thorough and clearly explained. It would be lovely to see some finished French darts from the outside of the garment.

      Thanks Lynlee. Yes I should have show the final garment. I was planning it and I am not sure why I didn’t. Apologies.

    So pleased I came across these "Made to Sew" tutorials - excellent presentation and content. Have you uploaded any tutorials on how to add lining to garments? Thanks.

      Hello, do you mean a Full Bust Adjustment for a very large bust? Have you watched the videos I do have? ua-cam.com/video/UoiMxhN_H8Y/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/Zg4uF3rdRWQ/v-deo.html. May I ask what the difference between your full and high bust is and perhaps I can help. Thank you, Aneka

      Hi Louise, oh I am sorry to hear that. As annoying as mistakes are, we do learn from them. Aneka :-))

    I don't understand how you drew the stitching line. Did you just add a line 3/8" or whatever the seam allowance is and where the lines cross is the POINT?

    • @MadetoSew
      @MadetoSew  2 роки тому

      Yes! If the stitching line is drawn on the pattern of course you can record that. If it isn’t a then measure from the cut edge of the paper the seam allowance. And keep extending that line straight until the edge of the paper disappears. Same for the other side. Where the lines meet is the point of the dart. I hope that is clearer?

    Allways fabulos tutorials! Question: what kind of presser foot are you using in the video? Thank you. And have a nice sunday! ☺

    • @MadetoSew
      @MadetoSew  6 років тому

      Hello, thank you. This is my standard presser foot on my machine, but I have a dual feed feature on my machine (like a mini walking foot), so I am using this too. I use it very often it is great. Aneka :-))

    How about a set of videos focused on men's clothing, such as making dress shirts or trousers? Sewing looks kind of fun, but everything seems geared toward women's dresses or tops, and let's just say I'm not into wearing dresses :-).

    • @louiselill1528
      @louiselill1528 6 років тому +1

      Lol you might suite a dress lol I do agree sewing tutorials or videos do tend to be mostly woman's clothing so Yea would be nice to see clothing for men

    • @MadetoSew
      @MadetoSew  6 років тому

      Hi Brian, I do plan some men's videos and patterns so please do stay tuned. Just trying to get through a large number of requested tutorials first! Aneka :-))
