$4 million is absolutely insane for what is essentially a restomod. Don’t get me wrong they are phenomenal cars, I’ve been lucky enough to see one, but 4 million is a whole Bugatti lol.
Rob and his team are incredible… people who are fortunate enough to have one in their collection are so lucky But, $4 million..? That’s actually pretty insane

“Singer-ing in the rain...” In case anyone doubts it, I can personally vouch for the fact that this car is driven in all weathers. And no video can do justice to the sound made by this marvellous vehicle. Sorry we couldn’t offer you a sunny day, Tim, but hope you had a great time up here. Haste ye back!
What an amazing car. More so, the owner is a legend for allowing his $4M Singer to be wrung out on cold and wet roads. A credit to the owner, but also the driver!
OMG Tim what a start to the year, today I vicariously lived my dream of driving a Singer Porsche thanks to you. Ive been lucky enough to drive a Porsche 911 sc coupe back in 1990, but this video today was something special. Thank you so much for sharing this. Your banter as you drive about how the car handled and felt made feel as though I was there myself. Again wow what a start to the year.😎

Wow. What an incredible machine. And I love that unique green paintwork. It just POPS. You are a lucky man Shmee to be able to drive these incredible cars for a living. One of the greatest jobs on the planet!
Huge props to the owner for letting it drive in the winter in the wet, this is unbelievable! I think every car guy admires such a car. Singer just does it right with the proportions and details, like no other. Even when the DLS is not really pretty imo. Compared to their other models it looks fuzzy. But 4 mil is absurd. Even when you consider that the developement cost has to be devided on just a few cars. It is not a a car for driving anymore. Even with a lot of millions on the bank you are not going to enjoy driving it for what it is, I think. When compared to some prices paid for classic Ferraris on the other hand it is a steal. But those things are just investments like art now. And then again this is a new car. Anyhow, the market defines the value of a good. Must be this inflation going on ;) I remember the early Singer 4.0s were selling for 300k new, like a lot of likewise restomods still today.
It’s been a great day just got back from having a full tour of the Ferrari museum and factory and then it’s time to enjoy Tim’s video about the singer dls
