Your recaps is what I wait for after an episode 😂 your edits crack me df up lmao esp that Bette one, I lost it😂 When will Alice ever learn with her relationships, she was trynna do the right thing but those two hit it off way too well. I felt so bad for Shane though, I do hope we can get more details to what went down with her and her wife. But hey, she still got laid at the end of the day! I don’t know how I feel about the whole Tina situation though. It was nice to have some “answers”, but this isn’t what we wanted! She talked about how Tina found someone else, but idk. It’s poor writing to me in a way. I understand that they need to fill in for the lack of Laurel and have some sort of story work for Bette, but it didn’t seem like a Tibette thing to happen. Sure they’re toxic and aren’t perfect, but with how things ended before and even with the words that were said there was no way these two could’ve just split up or “found someone else”. I could go on and on with my opinion with this but I’ll stop there😂 I just hope this new L Word can show better couples. Every couple has their ups and down, sure, that’s normal. But one happy couple would be nice😂 Bette got laid with Felicity but if homegirl is still married that will mess up her campaign once again🤧 Sophie and Dani have a lot going on, ofc there’s love but this whole wedding thing is definitely putting a stop to them. I hope they can fight through it and compromise a bit more. I died at the “this seasons Tibette” and “no we’re Alice and Tasha” 💀💀 I’m loving Finley’s relationship so far though, I’m hoping they go strong and seem normal enough compared to the rest. I really loved the scene with Micah and Sophie, she gave good “pep talk/advice” and then dancing was cute! I do wonder why José backed out, people are saying it could be bc of the new dude that showed up.

For me, the tibette relationship 4ever is a must. Depicting lesbian relationships as everlasting, even with their ups and downs is necessary for our community and the “world” to see. When Bette dropped the bomb of her breakup up with Tina, She described the tibette relationship in the most positive way, indicating how important it was to her and how alive it made her feel. Since we were not given the full details of the breakup, and given that Tina was cast as bisexual in the L word, we are left to wonder as to the gender of Tina’s “new love”. We know that Laurel did not want to return for Generation Q so her character had to be explained. If she were killed off then she would never return. The fact that she is around somewhere and still parenting with Bette makes me hopeful that she might return. Perhaps her occupation as a successful artist can be integrated into the show and this might be an incentive for Laurel to return- but only as Tibette 4ever. It would be disheartening and sad for me to see them partnering with someone else. And by the way, Sophie and Dani- Yes, Bette and Dani-No!!!! Tibette was at the “heart” of the original LWord. For me, they were the most sensual, well-rounded, Eyecandy couple you would ever want to see. Hoping that some of you out there agree. TIBETTE 4 ever toether and forever in our hearts❤️❤️

Finley was not my favorite character. But the rewatch I did of this episode has made me realize. I don’t like her because it reminds me of well.. me. Finley battle religion is something I have endured a lot in my life. I grew up southern baptist in strict home. So I am curious if they will continue down this path.
This episode showed how much selfish Sophie is. You are about to marry a rich kid and she made Dani feel ashamed to have come from money. Dani was so excited and happy and Sophie took a major shit on it. Guess what Sophie you are going to feel 100% uncomfortable when it comes to events that come from Dani side of the family. Should her family pretend they don't have money to make your family feel better for not having as much. It was really frustrating.

Enough is enough. I'm tired of pretending Bette, Shane, and Alice were the heart of the show. I love Alice and Shane, but after Ep. 3, they need to take a step back. We need to get Tina in the door, her new love in the door, we need interactions with Tina and this person, interactions with Tina and Bette, and Bette's reaction to witnessing their relationship. No way they can go back to pretending after that bombshell about Tina.
I wish! But there’s no way we’ll get that since the actress who plays Tina (Laurel) is a painter now so I don’t think she plans on coming back since she’s already busy.
@@frankobaby5469 I think she's coming back actually. She didn't say flat out no to the reboot and she has started liking L Word stuff on Twitter. Fingers crossed!!!
@helen raybould well said. I also agree about them needing it. Frankly they're out of their minds if they think this is going to work long term without Tina. They all might be willing to pretend Tina wasn't part of the show's heart, but fans are not.
T.M. Will I would love to have her back (and also have Tibette back). If they can patch up Tibette with grown Angie then we could finally have some “good” rep of two moms raising a child in present day. Not a fan of what they’ve done with Tibette, but even if they stick with this plot, we still have the OG show

Deb Catz That’s Felicity. Her and Bette used to work together (and slept together ofc) but Felicity is married (which caused a scandal in previous episode). Looks like they had a serious past from how their chemistry has been so far but she’s still single.

Maybe because Im old, I don't understand the Generation Q. These storylines are all over the place. But at this point for me not worth watching anymore.
When you have sex in a bed, on a desk, or in a car. Call it having fun, playing around or just enjoying each other. It’s disrespectful and outdated to say “ doing the nasty” Ugh! Awful! And wrong. NO ONE ACROSS THE OCEANS FROM AMERICA EVER SAYS THAT!!!!!!!
