Sean Dyche wears his heart on his sleeve, he's always totally honest, never gloats and if it's a relegation battle, he's one of the best guys you'd want as a manager. I think for Everton next season, with this guy, it's going to be a relatively good one.

Great to see the Manager tell the board and the hierachy exactly how it is. I can see Sean being at loggerheads with the board if they dont get their fingers out. Any disaproval or removal of him from the club will make the previous fans demonstrations seem like a ripple ! Top manager and just what Everton needs.

I'll settle for mid table mediocrity next few seasons. The PL is brutal and it's going to take years to build the good ship Everton back to where it used to be. I think Dyche is a man with a plan like Moyes was for us, and we need to get behind him with the dross removed from the Board
