@@caprabhurameshaSir, When it's said that intimation is necessary, this means only after the leave and license agreement is registered after that the intimation is to be provided or while we have already applied for leave and license agreement but it take 5-6 for documents being registered, can we intimate with the draft copy? Because recently my society my leave license registration took 6 days after applying for the documents and after that Society was saying 43 b states that once registered document is given then only after 8 days then only licensee can come....? I'll appreciate if you clear this doubt...

Prabhu Sir, many times it happens that Managing Committee are very adamant and they have some commission like thing with the broker/agent and they do oppose to sell the flat or let it on the basis of religion. In that case how should we handle the situation? since if we go for court and registrar, it will be long procedure. Would like to know your advise on this? 2. Also, if there is any pendency case in co-operative court regarding society functionality will I be able to sell my flat?
Sir, I formed the X society of 42 members in the years 2002- 2003 as chief Promoter, Ex-secretary raising Rs.2850/ on each. I resigned but the new committee refused to pay my cost. I filed case in 2006. It is still pending. I purchased another flat in Y Society. MHADA is demanding NOC, which is not given as the committee members are interested to purchase the same flat. Dr. Jitendra Avad is right. The Govt. should issue PR Card, and must stop the practise of share certificate. The society should raise only contribution. Parking charges, and any other charges should not be recovered by society. The Police should settle the matter and book the society officers within 48 hours for any wrongdoing.

Society charging more than 10 percent Non occupancy charges. Is this legal because secretary has passed in AGM as per his will
