Also the enemy can get there at the same time too, so the winning would a matter of macro play, teamplay and an initiative as it should be.
thats not what the game statistics say, Dota 2 at this point is no longer a true competitive moba, will take ages for the developers to re-balance the game.

you can also do that with Pudge, idk if aghs shard works with pudge but if it does, prioritize buying shard and scepter on pudge and combine it with radiance and bloodstone
I mean Bloodseeker has inbuilt movement speed and his blood mist at the end dealt (before amps or Lifestealer sitting inside him) around 320 dmg 420 with lifestealer and then the inbuilt 40% Amp as well as a bunch of Healing (25% of the health of anything that he kills half that for heroes that die nearby) and the barrier on top of it Compared to pudge dealing half the dmg with less slow and only the e to realy enable it (Though the damage block is certainly strong for it) even with Radiance you still deal less dmg then Bloodseeker even pre amp
this remind me of the huggernaut build way back where you would eat juggernaut while he spins with pudge and get dark seer to put ion shell on you but this is obviously more broken
