My Higdon Pulsator quit working. How good is the customer service at Higdon Outdoors?

They do have great customer service. Had an issue with a goose floater decoy and had a new one within a week.

I purchased some Lucky Duck pulsators. This year will be the first year using them. Hopefully no problems.

Hands down Lucky Duck.....I bought more Higdons after this video and they all quit working. Threw them in the trash. Bought 4 Lucky Ducks and have not had a single problem.
