9 Mile Long Run: Trying a Gu for the first time

Got to run in beautiful weather on Tuesday, a rare warm, windless day for Lubbock in January.
I have always been afraid of Gu and gel but I figured I have to get rid of that fear if I want to go run a marathon and fuel appropriately. So you will catch me trying a Gu for the first time and you'll see how it went!
