Burr is a master at his craft, all comedy is based on truth put into a form that you can feel good about laughing at. The discomfort that you two express is funny on it's own level. When I first met my wife 25 years ago she would not utter a cuss word,....now I can't stop her, it's like living with a pretty sailor.

She's doing great. The dude has bad OCD and should be on meds, preferably Sertraline. Not a put down. OCD is caused by a chemical imbalance which isn't his fault.

Bill Burr does get quite harsh in his description of gold-diggers, but it really hits home for a lot of guys. I watched several uncles lose their farms/businesses (their Livelihoods) to women that decided they deserved half because they could retire on that money and just live off of other sugar daddies. Cold hearted bints just walk away with half, and the guy has to watch the person he committed to jump on the laps of countless other dudes for a free lunch/vacation.
Ouch! It's really sad that kind stuff happens to hardworking people.

Bill Burr is wholesome too...it feels good to hear somebody just letting out these feelings without filter. There is no need to sugarcoat greed among men or women, it's just as ugly no matter the gender. Trying to excuse women for greed may be easier to do, but the impact is devastating either way. Greed is destroying the world, so it would be stupid to pretend it is not there...greed must be called out wherever it shows it's ugly face.

Honestly, it was very hard watching you all watch one of my favorite comedy skits of all time. Its pretty obvious that you don't see comedies like these very often. But I've got to say, you both handled it like adults. Mad respect for you both sticking through for what others may find uncomfortable. The more you see these, the more you will feel free to laugh. I'm just happy to know that you both don't look like types who will boycott the comedian(s) because you didn't find it funny. Kudos to you both!

I’m a rookie. Are you two teachers? My wife and daughter are teachers. Mom was a teacher years ago before she passed. So I have a special place for teachers.
