Bit late to the party but for 3 days been practicing this I’ve just gotten better and better strikes with this but spine tilt back and just a bit of more weight forward and crisp ball striking every shot

Went as said felt so strange at first just got to break 20 years of muscle memory but what an improvement !!! Bit volatile with some shots but when it came together 👍👍 playing tomorrow (Tuesday I’m a Brit ) hope it works again thank you and keep posting your videos 👍👍👍

Best advice I got was to learn and understand the fundamentals of how the body works in order to have a better swing.

I think these lessons to give on UA-cam a good thing but it’s very difficult to visualize it when you’re actually playing golf hitting a ball complicate you thinking

@@PorzakGolf I practiced all day yesterday with this and getting nice ball jump off clubface and nice lower penetrating ball flight. What a visual that was about “covering” and the difference between the incorrect lean and correct rotation about the spine angle, and keeping the medicine ball against the wall… Super visual!!! This was the key that I was missing 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
