You have that DIY passion! I love it. I'm the same as you. I've done just about everything from water pumps, windows, doors, if it breaks, I can fix it. That said. The kids today can't fix anything. Not all of course but my guess is 80% of them!
And this is the welding part of the video🤣🤣🤣. Awesome Review Rus, definitely a nice looking table and definitely will work as a work bench also. This channel is definitely going to be a game changer for the ones that struggle and definitely help save some 💰. Enjoying you content! Cheers 🍻
I subscribed, you seem like a good old school guy, I like what you said about the table being good enough, we have to start somewhere! I’m wanting to get into welding and doing some craft and fab stuff, old man here, 66, but still want to do a lot of stuff.
Thank you for subscribing! Yeah, for at home welding, this little table is doing all I need it to and good enough. I will be 66 on my next birthday in December.
I'm primarily a woodworker, but also love to buy and recondition old woodworking tools. This looks like the perfect table to disassemble, clean up and polish parts. Plenty of holes for locking down stuff, v-blocks for securing round parts, hold down clamps...hmmm. might hafta go git me one.
Absolutely! I plan on using this as just a workbench in addition to using it as a welding table. You could definitely use it for wood projects as well.
I was going to buy one of those until I realized my local Lowes had the Lincoln Electric welding tables in stock. I spent about 70 some odd dollars more but I'm really glad I did whenever I look at the harbor freight tables now. That harbor freight looks like I could make it wobble with a gentle hand.
I just looked at the Lincoln and noticed it does not have leveling feet at the bottom of the legs so I would think that table would wobble on a un-level floor. I’ve had no problems at all with that with the Harbor Freight table. I use it a lot
@@SkillSavvyDIY They have one leg that can level but that's it. It's a stout table. I can't wobble it with a hand. Feels like it weighs probably 60 or 70lbs fully assembled and the legs fold up and theyre adjustable height.. Assembly took a while too the table top is in 4 pieces and it has a brace down the middle and suooprts. Theres maybe 50 10mm nuts in the package and I needed a deep well 10mm witch I didn't have so I was forced to "borrow" one 😆Supposed to hold I think 600 lbs but I might be wrong. But I was sold on the fold up leg design lol
@@SkillSavvyDIY 45 and I can't see myself stopping after I retire. I love the next machining job or the the next welding job. I am going to say you thought me allot about cooking. By the way our shop pulled together and bought a smoker / grill .
Yeah I’m a firm believer that people need to work. Seems like folks that quit working and moving go downhill fast plus I’ve always enjoyed working. Thanks again
You’re welcome Frank. I do buy somethings from there. That’s probably where I’m buying a welding machine. I love Miller welders but I don’t love their prices
That's OK I just made a video on the table today . Yea it took almost 3 months to get it back in stock around me . I not sure many they got at my store but I got the last one .
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm actually doing a how to mirror weld video this week, and after this suggestion I think I'm going to include the basics as well.
@@SkillSavvyDIY I was thinking of the people that will follow along. They are going to want to be able to burn some wire. Perhaps some of your projects could be videos that do flux core. I am a looking forward to watching the content.
@@SkillSavvyDIY I think that’s wonderful. I plan to break out my flux core and follow along. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. On a side note… I am seriously considering taking the plunge and ordering the Pitts and Spits Adjustable charcoal grill. Thank you for making those videos.
Bro that's a well constructed welding table for the price...you said you wish it was stainless steel but price would of put a dent in your pocket for sure lol 😂. Great review as always. Cheers!
Yeah no telling what they would charge for stainless, and stainless is never used on these tables anyway. It should work out fine. Thanks for watching Stephen!

Rus , how funny I bought one about six months ago. Great table!! Trying to get stuff ready for retirement. Doubt if I retire. Enjoy my work.

I'll check yours out now. Thanks for watching my version.
@SkillSavvyDIY yeah I was looking for video see how to use some of the accessories.
Love it!! Excited to follow your journey, and learn from you
Awesome! Thank you!
Did the vise holes line up? Or did you have to drill new ones?
The holes are not in perfect alignment but by using smaller bolts with washers they worked without drilling.
Will definitely need an update on how the table holds up to use and inevitable abuse.
Will do Skyler. Thanks for checking the video out
Not another one Mr Rock star great review Rus
LOL Lance, yeah I had to put mine out there. Thanks for watching Lance!
That's a dandy little table for the money, and you just can't do without a vise,or at least I can't,Great Review.
Yeah I think so too. A vise is a must plus it will come in handy for a lot of things. I appreciate you watching
I guess I am gonna have to make me a she shed! Lol! I was supposed to have the spare room. NOT!!!! Now I am losing my area in the grage! 😂😂😂

@@SkillSavvyDIY told my wife about the table. Our son is taking college welding courses in high school and wants to be a welder.
