Building a new garden bed and a sad passing

Life on a homesteading is not always fun. Sadly we lost one of our pearl grey guineas. But on the up side of things we built a really nice 16 foot long raised bed garden. Now I need to add some manure then we are ready to plant.

I seriously love your garden. I'm in day 4 of 6-7 days of rain , I'm so glad I haven't been able to plant anything else but my taters cuz we got hit with 3 hard frost mornings, it would have been bad. My strawberries are very happy and they are enjoying the horse manure I gave them. All my baby plants are doing just fine and I have to transplant some lettuce, my son was a bit heavy handed when planting lol but I can handle that problem just fine. Sorry about your ginny. Enjoy your excellent veggies all your hard work is paying off for you
