I only ever saved two of these as patches (the ones used in actual tracks). The rest are all excerpts from long jam sessions where I was continually changing the sound while playing.
Going to get me one. Was looking for a new poly synth to 'replace' my blofeld as main poly synth. I do love the Blofeld and i will keep it, but its too glitchy for everyday use... It drove me crazy a few times. But one of the things i really wanted to test out is loading my own samples (with loop points embedded) so i could use drones as oscilators. Not many synths seem to have this feature (not talking about custom wavetables). But because of an usb problem or whatever, i can not get the samples on the Blofeld. Do you have experience in doing these kind of things with the peak? (loading samples to use as an osc? A short sample can be sustained forover by looping it. So you can for example upload a drone field rec, have a short part looping and mingle it with the other osc's to go throught thr filters etc.) I know the peak is capable of using a sample as an osc, so it should be able to sustain (loop) it i guess? Can it be stereo? And what is the quality it prefers? How does the looping work? (blofeld needed prepared samples with looping points embedded via wavosaur; 16 bit mono)
The Peak actually can't load or play samples, so I wouldn't recommend it for what you want to do. You can make a custom wavetable from a sample, but it's very limited and not a good representation of the original sample at all.
@@JoannaPenaMusic Are you sure? Then i might have misunderstood... Maybe what they meant was that you can use an audio file to create a wavetable... And thats indeed not what i explained. Although it seems like they are saying that you can, quite misleading :p (so you are very sure? Other synths you know and like that can do this? Maybe i should send the Blofeld back, just discovered they are still made... Not first owner though
" It is also possible to import audio files via a dedicated function and these can be then used as an oscillator waveform for even more sound ..." Could mean both imo. Waldorf Iridium would be the only synth i ever need, but it will cost me all my other synths :p
@@batistlibert6031 I think the ensoniq TS 10 + ASR 10 using SCSI to be connected together can do that but that's another thecnology and they are vintage gears ahead of their time. More recently the Roland V synth do that too .You'll find it on UA-cam ...
@@batistlibert6031 Maybe the Nord Wave 2 is what you are looking for? You can import your own samples as a sound source into it. You can even look up tutorials about this on UA-cam.
Big up Joanna, sell it !!! Very nice job !!!
Fantastic!
Have you thought about sharing these with Novation & their Components?
I would buy these patches in a heartbeat! 😉👍
Amazing! I would totally purchase those if you'd sell them..
These are some of the best sounds I've heard anyone get out of this synth, you really should sell this as a patch bank.

Wow. Incredible range youve gotten from the Peak!
How many factory presets have Peak....or total user locations pls?
Beautiful! 😊🙏🏼
Really nice patches! There are some pretty lame patch videos out there but it sounds like you really get this synth.
Great work! That would be awesome if you share a tutorial :)
This is an awesome set of pads! So many cool sounds :) Particularly love the Rhythmic Bell Pad!
The best Summit Patches I have ever heard!
Is there really no way to buy them?

@@JoannaPenaMusic What a pity, I thought you had saved all the patches somewhere.
I would have loved to have bought them all straight away!
There are some fantastic patches here. Thanks for sharing inspirational sounds.

Holy cow!! Subscribed! 💙
omg, instant get! One queston: Is the Summit containts the Peak's presets, or they have different sound libraries?
Would be nice to get those patches
Man, I need this as a patch bank!
where can I throw my dough at?
Do you have it for sale?
Any chance at a tutorial or ability to buy these? Some really nice ones.
Is there a Sound pack, coming ?
Wow your really getting some great sounds out of it.
are you selling this voice library
Are you sell this patches?
Please sell these.
Why make a patch bank like this put it on UA-cam and then not sell it or if no intention of selling it share them?
Dumb
