Have you thought about switching from the Icon Variant to a closed helmet with built in Sena ports? I've been looking at the Bell Qualifier which takes a Sena straight into the helmet
I haven't tried it but most helmets don't do a very good job of canceling out wind noise or picking up our voices. The Variant was the clearest i've tested by far
