It is truly great to see you back. I was always impressed by your ability to fix boilers that no one else would even look at. I look forward to viewing your video in 2023
Great to have you back sir all the best with the channel in 2023 and beyond really missed the videos just actually looked at one of your old ones this morning for a refresher
I am currently mentoring a junior gas engineer and have asked him to subscribe to your channel. I said watch this man and learn and of course begin viewing from your your first upload
Thats great. I want to get the new guys into fixing boilers and not replacing them. keep the old beasts going and then change them when they're finally dead.
I was scrolling through my feed and I seen your video which said uploaded 23 hrs ago. I had to sit and think whether I was seeing the number right?! Haha I guess I was!! Good to see you back mate. Looking forward to your new videos.
I am glad to see you back:) I live in Poland now and I am starting my own boiler business. Different country different markets but very similar boilers. Thanks for the knowledge you impart. I'm looking forward to the next movies. Greetings from Poland.
Great to see you back! I started back in the gas industry in 2021 after a 15 year absence and you vids helped me ease back into boiler repair and taught me a lot. Looking forward to new content👍
like lots of people pleased to see you back ,someone who knows what there doing , informative videos , and the grief that us service engineers all experiance
After watching your video on the valiant eco-tech circuit board failure where temperature display numbers are jumping up and down. i diagnose my own Eco tech boiler with the same fault it was so helpful thank you
Great to see your presence again Ollie. I find greater satisfaction into bringing a boiler back to life, even if it is a heap. I question what other heating and plumbing engineers will do once there's a decline in gas boilers sales. Will they continue to rip them out and replace them? If so for what? Too many robust boilers are ragged off the wall and replaced. When they can quite easily brought back to life. Hope there's more to follow. .👍
Ollie! Yay. Welcome back. Literally did the same job on a Viessmann last week, blocked expansion hose. Good tip about releasing the pressure, learned that the hard way :)
@@HeatingGeek brilliant video just wanted to know at one point before your break from youtube you did mention about doing training engineers an setting up a class? Are you going to be doing that? If so i would be interested?
@@HeatingGeek learnt a lot from your vids mate, the analytical thinking process, methodical practice, wiring, even the oldest boiler you did! That was class!! Mate, I would pay to work with you, just to soak up some of the knowledge. I don't think there's nothing you can't fix....now that's confidence. The biggest tool is the knowledge though and that's the learning curve for a lot of engineers. Waiting in anticipation of some new classics 👍🏼💯🧠
@HeatingGeek great to see you back mate. A few new youtubers have started with boiler repairs and I'm commenting on em "be more like oli! Watch his videos!" Lol keep up the great work mate and look forward to the future videos
The top G of service and repair is back! Wonder how that old Vaillant you fixed is doing, the one in the outdoor shed with fault after fault…think the preheat was stuck on giving low bp.
@@HeatingGeek I know mate having used to work for Vaillant , you would dread seeing a poor hw on these rascals, however the older version of the beatacom with diaphragm divertor was even worse, made you want to call in sick when them jobs came in, i remember having 3 on one day aswell as shift load pump on the 937 come in😒 I was expecting Jeramy Beadle to be at one of the properties, I had a beer 🍺 that night😎
@@jasonwhittle5008 That diverter was probably the worst job at Vaillant. I only done 2. 1 with Dave Cole standing over me (the PCB didn't survive) and one in a customers house.... (the PCB also didn't survive). 2 for 2 with that boiler....
@@HeatingGeek I know what what you mean mate with the pcbs, fairly easy in the training room nothing around the boiler etc, then in the real world in a kitchen cupboard on the left hand side and working off a step up. It’s funny how you remember those jobs 🥵😳😎

I spent more on gas in dec 22 than i did FOR THE WHOE YEAR IN 2021
