Nearly 10 stone? I met you last summer at the HubNut Social near Leeds and I knew you wanted the op etc but I wouldn't have said you had that to lose, go you young lady, you've done amazing 👍. You are so full of knowledge, I didn't know about the miners etc with regard to the Austin J40, what an amazing story.
Hi Steph - that was a BRILLIANT rapid look around the show. I agree, it's best tonlet the 'owners' talk about their stands and exhibits. It was good to see you chatting to Sarah, and to see her Morris Ital. I can see it's going to be a nusy week watching all the videos from the NEC - I hadn't realised how many UA-camrs I follow ! Great stuff steph, and you are looking fabulous too - well done 🙂 X X
Like you I love the Austin 1300, had one back in 1973, WKP491J, in beige. Loved it and subsequently, in the late 80’s and early 90’s, a Riley 1300 Mk2 and a Wolseley 1300 Mk2 also passed through my hands.
Just catching up on videos and a great little Walkaround and speaking to the owners Steph, great to hear the stories of the cars or the history of them.
Thanks for another great video tour! Love the variety and interesting info. provided. Looking good and obviously ready to drive off in that sharp little Austin 1300!
You go to any classic car show, high end cars a plenty, the cars our parents and grandparents could buy own and drive... not so many. I got stick from someone for walking past another e-type to swoon over an Anglia estate, much better than the one my Grandad had. I think It was the first one I saw this century! So big up to anyone saving one of those day to day runabouts.
Definitely enjoyed the video unfortunately l will not be coming to the show l live in Australia your as they say first cab of the rank a small wslk around some if the cars featured we never got them in Australia and l have been interested in cars since l was a child and l am 67 years of age l have owned several vehicles and a couple of motorcycles but l do enjoy watching you Hubnut and Matt and the reviews and tinkrring l only have two vehicles now a 2021 Suzuki Beleno GLX and a 1997 toyita hilux ute so the best of both worlds
Love the nobel fuldamobile in the thumbnail pix. When i was a young teen, there was a businessman in the uk that sold classic cars to the usa, " harry j. Sibley", i vividly recall the advertising in " cars and parts" magazines of that time. Back then, the bubblecars were very inexpensive, isettas, Messerschmitts, bond bugs, glas, nobel, etc.
Mum and I are at the show right now Steph. We are here today and tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing you again either Friday or Saturday. Look out for the guy with the Canadian flag hat, scarf and messenger bag! 🇨🇦 Will watch your video in it's entirety with great interest later...I promise!
Great! Thanks for a terrific video. So many interesting cars and people. If I have to mention any cars in particular, the Mustang on the Classic American stand was very beautiful, as was the Daimler in a Jaguar Mk 2 body.
Hehe of course you'd pick Basil over the Jag. Your outfit matches. Sorry to be missing it this year as it was brilliant fun last time. Hope you have a ball and revel in your new role. So true. It's only partly about the cars but so very much about the people
As an American I cannot believe I'm saying this but I fancy the mini outspan orange car. That car goes on the list of weird cars I'd love the chance to drive one day before I die. I would rather test drive it than a Lamborghini.
Great video like always, Steph. Love your commentary, it beats those blessed lunatics on the new Top Gear. Just like the original that was from 1977 until the turn of the millennium. Great stuff as always. Love ya Steph.
An Austin A40 Devon was my Dad's first car, same colour as well. I was born in '53, can't remember when he got it, probably around '56. At the same time he had an A40 van from the company he worked for in Bolton.
A quick look around but so much information from the stands. You did say that name right but I am not going to try and spell it! Thanks Steph, looks like you will have a packed weekend. Take care and keep smiling.🙂👍👍
I totally understand the love of the "Orange mobile" . Here in the states the meat company Oscar Mayer has a car that looks like a Hot dog and bun. The "wienermobile" . Children have been drawn to it for decades.
Sorry i to disagree but i had 1 year old marina it was rubbish, even Heron garages couldn’t figure out why it ate gearboxes and cylinder head gaskets, bought an escort end of story
You are a great Ambassador Steph. Even better than a Leyland one.😆

Thanks so much for the opportunity to be in your video Steph! It was great to meet you and talk about the lovely cars.
Well done on your health kick. Looking even more fab than ever.
That plate falling off at 1:57. So Land Rover.
Great Steph the little talks from the guys on the stands interesting rather than just looking at the cars more please you are looking great and happy
Can't wait to see you & the gang again on Sunday. First met you last year & you are as batty as me lol but love it & love watching your videos. Xx
Nice photo bomb Hammond and Mike :)
LOL - I didn't realize it's just a poster until I read more comments.
Just looked out a photo of me, aged 7, driving my beloved Lines Bros pedal car. Great restoration!

Wonderful fun and informative walk around thank you look forward to popping over to say hi on Sunday 🎉🎉
Brilliantly 👏 done Steph ✔️... hoping to get down to see you all .
Ps ..you Look FAB !
All the best 👍 for the show.

Steph a great visual colour moment, the Outspan orange, your hair, the dress and the triumph in the background, no colourist needed😁
I remember seeing one of those Outspan cars on a trailer in North Wales in about 1978. Was amazed.
I saw one driving through Birmingham around 1970 or '71.

The bonnet shut lines are a real shame on that Mustang fastback...
Thanks for the report and enjoy your weekend!
Cheers!

Saw you as soon as I walked in but you were talking so I didn't intrude, the Ford Consul from the Sweeney was one of my highlights.

Nice tour! A friend in school had a Riviera like that and a drunk lady hit it while parked and totaled it.

Fantastic chat from the owners, great video Steph 👍
Looks like fun! and an Austin 1300 called Basil. ROFL!
Pretty cool to see an American car section. Even have a coffin car (Cord) in there. Wow!
A pity he didn't mention the Cord is front wheel drive and has a 4 speed semi- auto transmission powered by a Lycoming V8. Advanced car for its time.
New job Steph? Well done!
Lancaster stand. NEC reminds me of other shows in Ireland near airport
29:25 my dad had one of them circa 1967/8 he tipped it over turning into the road where my grandparents lived
Always great to see you 😊❤️
Nice one Steph.
I always liked the A40 . I drive classic Marx model trains with a R type Lionel transformer.
Fantastic exhibition ! You're a good guide, Stéphanie 👍😊.
Great video as always Steph x
Great video, thanks for sharing! 👍
I had a Morris Ital 1.7 ohc as a company car. . Very fast.
A pleasure as always Steph 😊👍
I couldn’t make it this year.
I had a J40 back in 1962
Wish I could be there to meet you and say Hello x
Love Baz. 😊
I totally understand the love of the "Orange mobile" . Here in the states the meat company Oscar Mayer has a car that looks like a Hot dog and bun. The "wienermobile" . Children have been drawn to it for decades.
Superb
The best……thank you
The American cars are much more interesting and better looking than most British cars of the era.
1’58, what happened there ? 😂
Classic cars! ☺
This was our stand at Relik EV haha the sign fell off as we knocked the car!
Cool. 🙂🙂
Nice to see a Berkeley on the Microcar stand. Pity she couldn't read some of the details rather than admit how little she knows.
Sorry i to disagree but i had 1 year old marina it was rubbish, even Heron garages couldn’t figure out why it ate gearboxes and cylinder head gaskets, bought an escort end of story
Where did you get your accent from? Not Lancahster.
Steph x2 lol
Bet you didn't have to pay too get in Steph. It's a disgrace what the working class folks are having to pay to get in and park.
Please can someone JUST film the CARS. Swinging arms around just looks silly.
I really enjoyed this format where you talk to the people on the stands. Is the guy on the American stand a New Zealander? Accent sounds familiar 😁
